Susan Jane Le Roux 2009-10-19	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road We stayed in the Superior Rooms this time. Have no idea why they call them superior because the Standard Rooms are better and cheaper. My request for interleading rooms was done this time which was great. Front staff are still not friendly at all, a nice smile when greeting guests would be nice instead of a dead-pan look which makes you feel like they are doing you a great favor. Hotel situated in a good area,lots of cafe\ s/small restaurants and shops. Dont use the taxi in the hotel. A total rip-off. Just walk 100 metres down the road and flag a taxi down. 1st Floor restaurant is great and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Front dest staff can learn from them. Will stay again for sure.	First class as usual. Prompt, efficient and professional.
Christof Schinle 2009-09-07	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road Wie schon mehrmals zuvor, war der Service im Narai hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das große Familienzimmer nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles sehr sauber und für den günstigen Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist auf der Silom Road sehr günstig für shopping..Skytrain zu MBK usw..Das Frühstücksbüffet ist ist sehr ordentlich,wird aber punkt 10 Uhr rasant schnell abgeräumt (keine Gnade)!!Der Swimmingpool ist groß und sauber...Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer noch eine gute wahl...beim nächsten mal gerne wieder.	Buchungsservice wie immer super schnell und ohne Probleme, ebenfalls gerne wieder
Maria Rosa Pinto Gibelino 2009-08-11	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road It is our 2nd time to stay at this hotel because it is quite easy to move around Silon area. I think the hotel is worth its price rate and we really hope that the rooms will improve after the renovation is now taking place.	Efficient as usual
gunilla hedesund 2009-08-05	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road The hotel has been renovated since we stayed there last time, so the room was not as dark and didn t have the unpleasant, mouldy smell it had before. The basin in the bathroom was a bit small but the shower was modern. However, the hotel wsnt very clean, there were dark hairs in the shower and the carpet was very dirty. The breakfast restaurant was very large with lots of tables. However, the food, for inst the croisants and pastires were finished before 9:45 and no new items were delivered, also the juice was finished before the restaurant closed.
Pom Harold Shamrock 2009-06-02	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road After trying other hotels(pratunam area) we came back to Narai.Our room had been completely redone,very nice.Our family of 3 paid standard rate with no hassle (Charged for the extra breakfast OK).We will continue to use Narai as needed.	I use internet booking exclusively now and it has been pretty good. Of course it takes some weeding out but OK
Susan Jane Le Roux 2009-04-08	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road Third time staying at this hotel. The front desk staff need to be more professional and smile now and be more quest friendly. I had requested interleading rooms as I have a 9 year old daugther but they gave us two rooms on either side of the hotel which was not acceptable, so after complaining they moved the room 4 rooms away. Beds this time were as hard as rock. Buffet restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Still value for money though. I may come back.	Confusion over the rooms I had requested. Don t know who was to blame, Sawadee or the hotel, but in general you cannot fault Sawadee, very professional and speedy.
Inger Ström 2009-03-07	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road It is a very nice hotel. We have stayed here a couple of times and are always satisfied. They have a great tasteful breakfast buffé. The pool area is nice.	Super great service as always. Nothing went wrong.
Håkan Skotte 2009-02-20	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road Perfect stuff and location, nice rooms and good resturant. But the taxi service you have at the hotel was not good. We booked transfer to MBK center but they dont tell us that you have free tranfer to that, and they tell us to not eat on the resturant at the hotel, they now better place so they can get many by their self and they alwas take overprice, and recommend places how is more expencive than athors for exampel boat transfer...	Easy and perfect
Annika Arte 2009-02-01	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road Trevligt hotel där vi brukar börja vår vistelse i Thailand brukar stanna 3 nätter. Ligger centralt, jättefin frukostbuffe, helt rökfria våningsplan,trevligt bemötande. Detta var 3e gången vi bodde på Narai, det blir säkert fler gånger!	Första gången jag utnyttjade sawadee.com.Fungerade mycket smidigt. Till full belåtenhet. Tack Annika
ROGER 2009-01-19	Narai Hotel Bangkok, Silom Road J ai logé des dizaines de fois dans cet hotel. Le meilleur rapport qualité prix sur Silom Road. Demander les chambres sur l arrière peux bruyantes. Le breakfast est très bien. Petite piscine agréable en fin de journée après le stress de la circulation dans Bangkok.	Excellent.
