jeffrey s vana 2009-11-09	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Check in was very easy however the room was filthy. Lamp light broken, dust everywhere, glass sliding door hadn t been clean for months, peeling wall paper, etc, etc. We complained and they did respond fairly quick. Then we had the invasion of bugs in the bathroom. Again they responded but it left a bad taste with us. The tour desk was very helpful and the internet cafe was sufficient. The hotel is located at the very end of a street however bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Be smart and don t take the hotel s taxi as you can get a taxi or tuk-tuk for about half the price.	Booking service was fine. It s just too bad we didn t read other comments about the hotel before we booked
Jeff Vana 2009-11-09	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) The room was absolutly filthy. Lots of dust, dirty refrigerator, pealing wallpaper throughout the room, etc. We complained and they did clean the room (nothing could be done about the wallpapper). Two days later our bathroom had a \ bug invasion\ and we complained about that too. They sprayed but it wasn\ t too effective. Location is at a dead end street however that didn\ t bother us. The Hotel\ s taxi is much more expensive that getting one down the street. The breakfast wasn\ t anything to brag about and if you ate early, skip the coffee because the restaurant doesn\ t always put on air conditioning and you will just sit there and sweat. I think for the money you would expect a bit more and when we returned to Bangkok 2 weeks later we found a nicer hotel down the street for the same amount of money
MR MALCOLM GREY 2009-10-24	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Once again I must comment that although the rooms are clean they are in need of some repair works. The shower head holder in this case was loose and I had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering. The lighting is inadequate and the rooms very dim and gloomy once the sun goes down. As usual the staff were very pleasant and helpful.	Excellent as ever.
MR MALCOLM FRANCIS GREY 2009-05-17	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) The room was clean and tidy although the lighting could be improved as the room was very dim. Staff were pleasant.	Excellent as ever.

Rajneesh Kumar 2009-02-17	Nanatai Mansion, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana) Positive i) Located at heart of city ii) Attached restaurant. iii) Big rooms Negative i) Ask any question at reception and they will willingly surrender it to Taxi touts. We got quite irritated on last day when we wanted to find out direction to walk to a spot which was hardly 1 km away. All the reception crew did was to keep mum and private taxi drivers Hijacked reception. I would suggest them to keep private taxi drivers out of their front desk ii) older layout and design of rooms.	Nice and easy to use. I liked the flexibility of checking vacancy in many hotels at once.
