Ms. Rakshita Bhargava 2007-03-14 until 2007-03-17	Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, near CWP 1) Room too tiny for a grand deluxe room, what s the difference between standard & grand deluxe? 2)Horrible housekeeping - i dropped some coffee mate powder on my bedside table which was only cleaned 2 days later! 3) Excellent breakfast & hotel ambience 4) Unbeatable location 5) Superb front office staff 6) Great spa 7) Very average restaurants except for Spasso 8) Erawan Tea Room totally over rated, cold food, tough to eat authentic good thai food in this hotel except for Nara (urban kitchen & not part of hotel in the basement). They need a quality thai restaurant like saffron at banyan tree & the one at Sheraton Grande 8) One night horrible noises above our room - shocking that the staff did nothing about it	I was apprehensive about booking online but the booking was genuine & rate correct. Efficient online system

Timo Rantanen 2005-08-13 until 2005-08-15	Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, Rajdamri Road, near CWP 1.5 year renovation at Grand Hyatt Erawan is nearly completed and guest rooms as well as pool area has gone through a serious face lift. Grand Hyatt Erawan is back on the map as being one of the best hotels in central Bangkok. The location is perfect: one cannot find a hotel that is more centrally located. Great location for shopping as all the major department stores are right next to the hotel. The brigde over to Chit Lom Skytrain station makes it easy to travel around Bangkok virtually from the lobby of the hotel.	As usually, the reservation through Sawadee website worked efficiently.
