Koh Chin Ann 2009-12-27	Suriwongse Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road This is the first time I stayed in this hotel, a little bit old but room is big. No free internet service provided. Hotel staff are nice and friendly.	Good service provided.

Norashikin Yusof 2009-11-25	Suriwongse Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road I had the most unpleasant welcome when the girl at the counter was very rude and most UNHELPFUL and UNFRIENDLY. Due to work constraints I left my booking number at home. The girl rudely direct me to their email room which I have no idea where and asked to send my email to their hotel. That girl could have at LEAST be more POLITE, friendly and HELPFuL especially to foreigners. The room was not pleasant too. the room phone was not working and I had to call the hotel several times to complain. On top of that I was charged for the tea and coffee making facilities which I DID NOT CONSUMED AT ALL AS I HAVE BROUGHT ALONG MY OWN COFFEE & TEA SACHETS.	ok

Be sure to talk to Kung in the lobby (just outside of the restaurant) to set up day trips. She is friendly and professional.	Excellent as usual!

It s not far from many Chiang Mai attractions and the tour booking staff are exceptional at explaining what s available and when it s best to go. I ve stayed twice and plan my next stay in Chiang Mai to be at the Suriwongse Hotel.	I booked online and it was easy. I had it all paid for before I even arrived.
ronald keith bauer 2009-06-28	Suriwongse Hotel, City, Chang Klan Road Spent a week at hotel with my elderly parents. Very impressed. Rooms large and comfortable, if a little tired. Pool clean. Breakfast reasonable. Staff well trained and friendly. One of the best value for money hotels I ve encountered in Thailand. Only criticism is WIFI very slow. I think hotels do themselves a disservice providing such a poor internet service, better none at all, especially when cheap , efficient, internet cafe s are nearby.	flawless as usual
