CHARLES SMITH 2008-04-05 until 2008-04-10	Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, Karon Beach Excellent hotel. It is very difficult to find anything wrong with this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. We were upgraded to Saitong wing, our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. One small disappointment was that although we were given a sea -view as requested, our view was very limited due to us being on a low floor. This apart, we were most impressed with the facilities and cleanliness. All of the hotel staff were most helpful at all times. An excellent hotel, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.	Very straightforward. Booking acknowledged swiftly, and hotel voucher sent promptly. Very happy with the service provided.
YESIM SANAL 2007-12-17 until 2007-12-22	Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, Karon Beach This is the second time we prefer the same hotel same type of room sea view saitong wing The view from the room is fabulous. The rooms with thai style decoration are light,clean and comfortable. The beach and the swimming pools are quite. The location of the hotel is both close to Karon beach center, and Patong beach and is ideal for a silent sleep. The Spa is my favourite... We would go for Phuket Arcadia again if we visit Phuket for an other time	The booking service proceeds properly..
NABEELA HASSAN 2007-08-10 until 2007-08-13	Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, Karon Beach 1.Delay in checking-in. It us at least one hour. 2. We have reserved for three night , but stayed only one night. This is due to the hotel being far from resturants, shops etc. 3. The receptionst was not realy very helpful. 4.Najee was the Only helfull staff during our one night stay. 5. The hotel was not realy clean - lizerds, flys etc. 6. The beach was very far from the hotle itself. 7. We expected much better service, hotel comort, view. However, it did not meet our expectation as we have seen the pictures in the net. I regret to say that a hotel chain like the Hiltons have such average class of service and room comforts. My over all raqting would be below average, 4 out of 10 or 2 star rank. This is my true and fair comments.
ISMEURT MICHEL 2007-06-30 until 2007-07-08	Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, Karon Beach the hotel was wonderful ; the rooms were spacious, the service perfect and all the staff so friendly and efficient. We would definitely return again.	Everything was perfect. We received confirmation of our payments and an e-voucher to present to the hotel which presented no problems at all.
X. Nguyen 2005-11-23 until 2005-11-24	Hilton Phuket Arcadia Resort & Spa, Karon Beach I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Arcadia. The grounds/setting are spectacular. Breakfast buffet is great. The spa is probably one of the most beautiful spas i ve been to, although you pay dearly for the services. The only negative comment I would have is that the bathroom is rather small compared to most of the other hotels in the same price range.	Fine.
