Ingela Sydbratt 2009-12-13	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach Hotel service as regards cleaning is excellent but some in the reception staff is below expectation. On my birthday my daughter called on the hotel phone and asked the reception to try to reach me but they were not helpful and no message was given to me. Furthermore the reception argued about one towel which was quite dirty due to a damage and they said they would charge us if the towel could not be cleaned. What was the problem? We asked if it was the first time they had seen a towel with blood on but the woman in charge meant that the problem was ours and not theirs. Very strange!
2009-12-10	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach We were very disappointed when we arrived at this resort. We had booked and prepaid a deluxe bungalow at this resort for 3 nights. Whem we arrived they said they did not have any bungalow at all available for us. When we got upset they only giggled about it and said but we are fully booked ... After some persuasion we got a 2 bed room in the main building and we got some of the money back. Anyway, we had really wanted to stay in the bungalow and it is not the same to get a room instead. Later on we met another customer from this hotel and he had also booked a room and prepaid it and when he arrived they didn´t have any room at all for him so they sent him to klong prao beach for one night and paid for his room in another hotel. It seems like they don´t have any control of their bookings. There is no beach in front of the resort, you need to walk further north on the beach. We would not go back to this place.	We have booked rooms with Sawadee many times and we have never had problems before, so I am quite sure that the problems we had with our booking was the hotel´s problem.
Olivier Rentsch 2009-11-22	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach Well located. Nice wooden Bungalows. Nice and well kept garden. Help full staff. Rooms in the building can be bit noisy As they are beside the main road. Really enjoyed my stay.	Okay no problem at all.

Jhajha Nuntee 2009-10-04	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach Very great location right on the beach (Supparod pier is the nearest pier), cosy surrounding&room, good food with reasonable price, limited car park, good staff even some men at the restaurant didn t smile much, but helpful anyway . Strongly suggest to go to Klongplu waterfall, not so far from hotel, (except in Summer snorkeling is a must) and also try delicious and cheap food at Bangbao bay(quite far from hotel).	The best
Claes Lindström 2009-07-28	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach Nice hotel, good location by the beach. Staff friendly and helpful, but only two of the staff talked passable english. Breakfast poor and unimaginative. Lots of small ants in the hotel, looking for anything sweet. Sharp rocks on the beach made it hazardus during flood. The best hotel at White Sands Beach for 1200B, but don´t pay more.	Booking service ok.
Patrick Tong 2009-07-10	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach Friendly staff even if the English seems a little lacking even by Thai standards. The staff was very accomodating. Electric hot water kettle was broken but was replaced immediately. Pleasant one day stay. Swimming pool is a little small but the view to the sea is incredible.
Boese Oliver 2009-06-10	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach Nice Hotel, espeially the bungalows are close to the beach. Food is better just across the road, aircondition was not working and bed was to hard...but after complain the change was no problem. Nice pool. Breakfast was always the same, but o.k.	no problems
Hwang Hwei Chen 2009-05-28	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach well, we booked for 4 nite staying but as we arrived the hotel,the staff told us that we would need to change to another room after 2nd day so my upset friend asked the reason why we didn t get notice in advance....Again w/o any explanation the staff had re-arranged our room to stay all time. Somwhow I felt they were not professional... Then I was shouted by a staff in buffet on one morning just becuz I was pouring coffee from wrong pot as I failed to notice the sigh of boiling from coffee maker..A/way, I was irritated by his rudeness as I apologized immediately but he didn t response me...The hotel should have more trained crews with more friendly service...And a smile wouldn t hurt.. In general,the atmosphere and jungle garden are great and seafood is also tasty in the restaurant(price is also reasonable compared with others from outside)
Per Eriksson 2009-03-26	Banpu Koh Chang Hotel, White Sand Beach I will recomend this hotel to everyone who visit Koh Chang, and White Sand Beach. Very friendly staff. Good service. Nice bungalows. Clean and fresch.	Very easy to book.
