Siri Grand Hotel, Udon Thani i have stayed in all big hotels in udonthani and this hotel is crapiest hotel i stayed in thailand. i thinks its more aimed at thai market.reception staff was very unhelpful.free breakfast is only thai buffet breakfast have to pay for continental breakfast. i think for similiar price charoen hotel is a lot better and value for money. no i will not stay there again |
they tried to give me superior room instead of delux room i booked but with involement of sawadee booking departmentproblem was solved |
