Terry W Chamney 2009-12-11	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 We were very pleased with our 2 bedroom apartment here. It was spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Was only a few blocks away from the start of the night bazaar. Would stay here again!	Easy and efficient! Have used multiple times now and would certainly use again!

The apartment was well furnished, very comfortable and the service was excellent and staff very welcoming. Whilst its location could be seen as a little out of the way, the peace and quiet was serene. It was an easy walk to Old City and to Night Bazaar precinct. Would highly recommend this place to any traveller staying in Chiang Mai whether for business or travel holidays.	Excellent service and booking. Sawadee.com is the best web based booking agent. Will continue to use Sawadee.com for future holidays in Thailand.
Jamie Cooper 2009-08-31	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 At Studio99 the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and well equipped and incredibly spacious (Think hotel suite!) There is a separate living room with TV and DVD player there was also a well equipped kitchenette with cooking facilities. I believe this property is 2 years old but everything was impeccably clean and modern. Staff were very personable, helpful and genuinely friendly. Location was perfect, situated in a quiet lane just off the main road but still close to everything and the Night Bazaar was under 5 minutes walk. We stayed in some nice hotels during our stay in Thailand but Studio99 definitely was the best in terms of comfort, value for money and location. We can not fault this place.	Great job!! Best service. Keep doing it!!

The only thing I didn t like was the location. It s situated in a very narrow alley that most cars can t go through.. so I had to drag my stuff all the way from the main street every time I went shopping.
Ngiam See Yi 2009-07-19	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 The serviced apartment is really nice. A very comfort and cozy place to stay in and i wish i can stay there for a longer trip. Besides the accommodation, all the staffs are very friendly and helpful which i really appreciate a lot. If i m going there for another trip, i will choose to stay in Studio99 Serviced Apartment again, definitely value for money!!
Jacqui Hancock 2009-07-01	Studio99 Serviced Apartment, City, Thapae Soi 3 Very clean hotel,beautiful staff.Transfer from airport waiting for us.We stayed in the bottom unit no.1 we had a little court yard with table and chairs.Very close to night markets day markets very central to everything.I wish i had stayed longer. I spent 5 nights could of spent longer so much to do in chaing mai.	Once again very happy with service

The staff were extremely helpful and curteous and the apartments were even better in real life than they look on the web. They were in the heart of everything with no road noise and very very clean. They gave me help on directions and good places to go. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. (They even let me check out very late 6pm...but there was some miscommunication to me between staff members about whether this would cost extra or not - 300 baht) Regardless, my stay was better than I expected and much nicer than a hotel.	Very easy
