The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road A wonderful place to stay in Chang Mai. Very Tastefully furnished and well kept, spacious rooms. Furniture and amenities are 1st Class and well above standard. Beautiful garden and small pool = very relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the city. You couldn t ask more of the staff. Very friendly, attentive and helpful. Only 5-10 minute walk to Night Market - where some of the food restaurants are really good (not all though) . HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Amata Lanna in Chang Mai. |
As always no problem |

The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road i can t recommend this hotel highly enough to anyone looking to stay in chiang mai. the hotel is very beautiful, in lanna style and right near the river ping. my room was a deluxe which had jacuzzi tub, and a gorgeous four poster bed. the attention to detail in the rooms was also lovely, with the carved wood doors to the bathroom, etc. the room was kept immaculate the entire time i was there. the hotel is a stone s throw to the river boats that take you to the ancient city. it is a couple of blocks removed from anusan night market where i had some excellent seafood as well as the antique house restaurant which excels at northern specialties. the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive the length of my stay, including plates of fresh fruit every afternoon when i would return to freshen up before going out for dinner, etc. i will definitely be returning in the future. |
great service, worked perfectly and set me up with my favorite stay during my trip. |

The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road A beautiful peaceful spot in the centre of Chiang Mai. It is a 10 minute walk from the night bazaar, where we found a great inexpensive food court. The staff were very friendly. The owner even arranged golf for us as a guest at her husband s golf club. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Very Thai. Nice a la carte breakfast every morning by the pool. Free internet access on their hotel computers. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. |

The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road What a hidden jewel! Comments from this website took us there and we couldn t have been more pleased with the stylish rooms, and warm hospitable service. Easy walking distance to night bazaar and cafes. Arranged for tours as well as airport transfers. Nice fresh made breakfasts by the pool, eggs, meat, fruit, etc. Street traffic noise was there, but not too difficult to tune it out. We d stay there again should we ever be fortunate enough to visit this wonderful city and country halfway around the world from us. Gary in USA |

The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road Beautiful rooms in a lovely and peaceful environment (too bad there was some construction noise just across the street, but that should be finished in ~6 mos - we were there the 1st wk of Oct 2008). The staff is very pleasant & helpful - just be sure you get someone who speaks English well if you want to book a tour...) Only 12 rooms, you really feel at home - and are spoiled with daily fruit treats, etc. Despite the inconvenience of the noise across the street (which will no longer be an issue once construction is completed), we d return in a heartbeat! We definitely recommend it (and it s within easy walking distance to night bazaar, etc without the hustle and bustle of being within the walled city.) |

The Amata Lanna Chiangmai, City, Chang Klan Road Our holiday was planned as a present to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and what a lovely place we picked to stay. Originally we chose to stay 4 nights and extended to 7. The Amata Lanna is relatively new, spotless, staff are lovely and the serenity a perfect place to relax in. This place is not in your local travel agents, but it should be. Yes, you have to leave the hotel for your lunch and evening meals but everything is within walking distance including the shopping. Thank you Amata Lanna for making our celebration a special holiday. Tony and Shelley |
Thank you Sawadee.com for the booking. Everything went according to plan and there were no problems. |
