me and my husband met my newmarried son with family at this hotel and we became very happy. We had asked for room beside each other and so it was. The best thing and a big surprice was the hidden door between. Our little grandchild could come to our room whenever she wanted and as a family we had two rooms. It was cleen and a soft bed, new shirts and towels every day. A quite aria with flowers, big green trees, lights in the evening and close to the pool and the see and resturant. Nice and friendly people who wellcomed our little 1,5 years old little girl who got so many kisses and hugs. It was a wunderful place och we had a wunderful time. If there is any minus it was all the missunderstodments when we ordered food because of servers who did not speek english and we got food we had not asked for.I really wisch you will found just one who could understand english well. If you love food that is very important. We had a wunderful time and have very good memories and we sure will be back.
Exelent......so clear, fast, corect and friendly. Thank you

The resort as a hole was very good. Both the SPA and house cleaning were great, and so was the beach. My only problem was that one of the male waiters in the restaurant had a swastika (the official NAZI sign)as a tattoo on his arm which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

Stayed in a deluxe room with twin beds for 3 nights. Room was big, but old. The beds were very soft and old and we slept terrible. We tryed talking to the staff twice, but they just turned the bed around. The breafast was very good and the beach was nice. Location was great.
Exellent and fast.

We had a wonderful time. Restaurant was very good with great prices. Rooms were very clean. We would absolutely stay there again in the future. Located on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, everything.
I was leery of paying in advance, but in was fine, check-out easy, car was there to pick us up and take us back to airport.

Bad experience Everything is OK . we booked a seaview bungalow which is fine. Breakfast was good. Only there was no beach.. It s a lagoon with mood you must walk 500 m by the right to enter a real sea-zone.
OK

We stayed in a Deluxe room for 1750 B, we wanted a standard room but they where all booked. The room was nice, but there were buggs in the shower. The room was a bit noisy, we could here the people next door speak. We think it is better to stay in a bungalow. The breakfast was realy good, we didnt miss anything. The pool was nice but we didn´t use it. The location of the hotel is realy good if you want to stay near all the resturant and shopping, but the water is not good on the beach. You can not swim where the hotel is. But if you walk 5 min on the baech to the right the beach and the water is realy good.
everything ok

This hotel is ok. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate it as 6. We stayed in a garden bungalow which was clean and big enough. I have to remark that the beach in front of the hotel is not that nice but you can walk 500m to the south where you will find a great part in front of The Page hotel. Breakfast was quite good compared to hotels in same category.
Sawadee works great and fast!

We stayed in the deluxe rooms, which were very spacious and clean, although none of the doors seal properly when closed so mosquitos get in. When we arrived room was swarming with mosquitos but reception bombed our room and we only got a few back. Staff are very helpful. Only complaints are that the pillows were way too high, and there should have been extras (different heights for different people)so we had to use the cushions. Shower heads were also way too high and not adjustable (made for giants over 6foot tall) so I had to practically stand against the toilet to shower, was easier to just take shower head off but annoying if washing hair . Doors need to be rehung so they close completely without gaps allowing mosquitos to get in. Overall I was happy with my stay and would probably come back as long as our room had a better sealed door.
Booking service was great, no problems at all.

We had a superior hotel room, it was more of a bungalow. The room was big and so was the bathroom. Air con was amazing we had to turn off at night as it was very efficient. The pool is big and clean, plenty of sun chairs around the pool and on the beach. Food great and cheap, breakfast was included in room price, lots to choose from and made fresh for you. Staff were great we booked a trip and a ferry from reception.
We got a cheaper rate through this website, quick, easy no probs.
