Welcome to Beach Republic The Residence, located on the northern tip of Koh Samui's Lamai Beach. Choose from eight secluded villas, each with its own salt water swimming pool. The villas benefit from one, two, three or four spacious bedrooms, and are set in the lush surrounds of a private walled garden.
Each property features luxurious en-suite shower-rooms, and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas. The serviced villas have been designed and appointed to ensure privacy and easy-living, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxation afforded by tropical outdoor living.

The spectacular 18 hole Santiburi golf course is located on the hills behind nearby Maenam, offering some of the best views and golfing in Asia. There are many temples, ancient and modern, including the famous Wat Phra Yai Big Buddha. The markets of Chaweng, Lamai and Nathon offer goods from all over Thailand, including silks and handicrafts. The island provides a wide range of water sports, including diving, snorkeling, fishing, wake-boarding, kayaking and sailing. Chaweng and Lamai have an extensive selection of bars, cabaret shows and nightclubs, and Samui offers a superb variety of destination restaurants offering many different cuisines.

All bookings for Beach Republic The Residence will include breakfast for all guests listed with the booking. The Breakfast is a self service western style breakfast and i s to be cooked by the guest. Beach Republic The Residence's staff will deliver the breakfast to the guest at the guest's preferred time each morning which will be confirmed upon check-in.

DIRECTIONS FROM KOH SAMUI AIRPORT TO BEACH REPUBLIC THE RESIDENCE Leaving the Airport terminals, turn left. (If you are leaving from the car parks outside the airport, on the other side of the road, turn right...) Drive for 1.0 km. until you reach a T junction. Turn left at the T junction. Drive for 4.1 km until you reach a T junction with traffic lights. Turn left onto this road, which is the main ring road for the island. Drive for 10.0km. You will see the modern IT Complex on the left hand side of the road. App. 500m after the IT Complex turn left at the Montana Bar.

TO REACH THE BEACH REPUBLIC THE RESIDENCE To reach the villas themselves, proceed for another 200m until you see a sign for Beach Republic The Residence on the left hand side of the road. Turn left at that sign. Immediately after you have turned off the ring road, you will see another small left turn, with a small sign saying Beach Republic The Residence. Turn left. Proceed 200m, past Starbay Inn, and you will see the thatched rooves of Beach Republic The Residence on the right hand side.
