Susanne Israelsson 2009-12-13	Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach It was a very familiar and nice bungalow resort. The staff was fantastic in all ways and the beach was wonderful. The service and food was very good! The bungalows was a little too expensive compared to other hotels but we enjoyed our visit there and can really recommend other people to go there.	Very good!
Ethel Andersson 2009-11-12	Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach We recommend this place to people that enjoy a nice beach not too crowded, very nice food and some peace and quit for their holiday. We booked a superior bungalow and got upgraded to a delux one (seemes like this happens often reading the rewiews..)but as this seemed a bit overpriced we asked for a cheaper one but they did not want to tell us the right price or show us one?.. We stayed two nights extra anyway as this place is really nice but it seemes like you get a better deal without reservation..	Booking was very efficient and also the pickup service worked perfectly though overpriced.

Very helpful personal, and an ok breakfast. We can recomend this place to people who want a quiet and peacful holiday.	Quick and easy booking.
Iain Roulston 2009-04-02	Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach My bungalow was quite nice however the service provided by the front desk staff and senior management was terrible and I will not stay here again. I booked my first three nights at a rate of THB1050 per night via kohlantahotels.com. I decided to stay an extra 4 nights but was only offered a rate of THB1350 per night. When I said I can you at least match the rate I have already pre-paid the manager simply shrougged her shoulders and said that was an internet rate only and she cannot offer it, even though the hotel was less than half full. When I said I will look elsewhere for my next four nights she simply said that s up to you and she walked away. I was made to feel very unwelcomed and the management there have a lot to learn in terms of customer service. I went to the property next door who were very friendly and I stayed there instead.	Very good, would use again.

It is a small resort, friendly staff, nice clean thai style bungalows and good food. The only thing that I would say has need for improvement is that they have too few sunbeds.	Booking service was very good. No problems, fast response.

Since this was my first trip to Thailand, i did a lot of research prior to booking my stay. Having come across this resort on Trip Advisor, and reading all of the positive reviews i decided to book with Sayang, and i m so glad that i did. Besides having such an ideal beach setting, i was upgraded upon arrival since my room wasn t available. The service was good, the place was well kept, and breakfast was delicious and different every morning. I would suggest this resort for families, couples and individuals who want peace and quiet. Believe me, it s worth it!! I give Sayang 4 stars out of 5!	Convenient, trustworthy and reliable!

The best place we have been to. The beach was good. Not so many people. Perfect!!!!	No problem at all. Very helpful with everything.
Stuart Beard 2009-02-10	Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Sayang Beach Bungalows was a great place to stay for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing time. The delux a/c bungalows were beautifully designed with nice attention to detail. Very clean, comfortable and felt they were worth more than we paid. The restaurant made some good Thai food and great Indian food, but situated right next to the beach was amazing at all times of the day (but especially sunset). Lots of Thai day beds to chill out and relax on in the garden and next to the beach. The bar next to the restaurant did some great coocktails, perfect for an evening sunset drink. The staff were all really attentive, friendly and helped out with no questions asked. Long beach is great to swim in, not much in the way to see for snorkelling though.	Sawadee was easy and convenient to book with. I had no problems at all and extremely happy with the service I received.
Olwyn O`Dowd 2009-02-09	Sayang Beach Bungalows, Koh Lanta Yai, Phra Ae Beach Sayang Beach Bungalows was a lovely place to stay while at Ko Lanta. Right on a very nice part of Long Beach, and not far from Saladan or other restaurants in the evening. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. If you are diving I suggest skipping the breakfast option - you ll be gone before breakfast starts!	Booking service was very fast and efficient.
