Mr Ian Gowland 2009-06-11	Bannpantai Hotel and Resort, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. We have just returned from the Bannpantai after an 11 night stay in one of their Bannpantai superior rooms. There are only 2 such rooms in this hotel and they give an elevated view over the swimming pool. The rooms are spotlessly clean and are well serviced daily by excellent cleaning staff. The hotel is located only 50m from the sea front on a stretch of beach well used by local Bangkok Thais on a weekend. This section of beach is not near the major hotel chains where there can be an element of isolation. I would recommend this hotel to the seasoned traveller who wants to see what Thais get up to bat a weekend but still wants the creature comforts of home. You will not get ripped off at this hotel and the standard of service is good but not over powering.	First class booking service provided by Sawadee.com. I have used them before and will use them again.

We had a great time in Bann Pantai hotelThe rooms are nice and the staff is veryhelpful.Only their English is very poorit is very necessary to improve that.Also the breakfast can be better, because only egs,sauges and jam with white doughy bread is not enough for Europeans.Most people want fresh brown bread, some cheese/salami or something like that.But for the rest we have nocomplains. When we come back to Cha am we book again Bann Pantai Hotel.	The booking went very quickly and smooth And when I asked something by mail I get a very quick answer. We were very satisfied about everything.Thank s.
Mr Jeffrey Cunningham 2009-02-20	Bannpantai Hotel and Resort, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. I have stayed in Cha-Am many times, but this was my first time at this hotel. Staff could not speak or understand english very well. The pool area is very nice and quite large. Breakfast, however, was very disappointing. Guests must pour their own coffee & tea. Food was consistently cold & took staff a long time to replace when there was none left. At times, breakfast staff appeared lazy and lacked motivation to help guests. On the other hand, the pool attendant was very pleasant, well mannered and helpful. There are much better value hotels along Cha-Am beach. I probably wouldn t return to this hotel. This is only a recount of my expeirence.	As always with Sawadee, 5-star.
Robert Hetleflåt 2009-02-18	Bannpantai Hotel and Resort, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. This hotel was brand new and was very good at Cha am beach. Staff were pleasant and outdoor areas with the pool was great. Room we had was very good with large patio and great views of the outdoor areas. Breakfast was a little dull with some small selection. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and if I m going to Cha am again this is a clear choice.	Greate
Fredrik H 2009-01-16	Bannpantai Hotel and Resort, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. Rooms are excellent. Poolarea is great. The hotel is right in the middle and just in front of Cha-Am beach. Breakfast is really lousy. Staff is ok but has difficulties to understand and instead of asking they just say ok and nothing happens! We liked the place though even if Cha-am wasn t what we hoped for!	Great!
Harry and Jolanda 2008-11-20	Bannpantai Hotel and Resort, Cha Am Beach, Ruamchit Rd. Pleasant clean place, nice layout of the garden; you cross the street and you are at the beach. Staff very helpfull but very poor knowledge of the english language. Personally we found the breakfast choice limited but again that is personal. We recommend the place and would go back another time.
