The refrigerator is always free not only water, but carbonated beverages (though I did not drink). Chiang Rai a small town, so some distance from the city center and night market is insignificant. Moreover, there is always on what to get, even on foot, at least for motobike or auto.
Vedran Kranjcec 2010-05-06	Laluna Hotel, Muang - Sanambin Road Very nice resort with beautifull garden s.Room was bigger than expected with hudge bed (some kind like 2 queen size together).Nice furniture,AC quiet,big bathroom and plenty of TV stations.Very quiet place,perfect to distress and relax.Facilities all very nice except Sw.pool where the watter was so dirthy that it was unpossible to take a swimm.Very pitty for so nice resort.Staff was helpfull and pleasant.Hotel is just a bit far from centar,but very easy to reach with tuk-tuk that is to find allway s just outside hotel on the main road.Good value for the money but Sw.pool was a shame concidering there is no entertainment in resort so you can only surf on internet at reception or watch Tv in room.There is allso a possibilitie to book a trip but kind of limited becouse they couldn t arange a trip to Laos.Would stay there again but only for a very short period. Alisa Walters 2010-04-30	Laluna Hotel, Muang - Sanambin Road We loved LaLuna. Beautiful gardens, huge pool, large bungalow type rooms, with great bathrooms, polished floors, huge king sized (maybe bigger) bed. Excellent breakfast selection, even real coffee to be purchased. You could walk to town in around 15 minutes, but tuk tuks ranged from 50-60 baht and took around 5 mins. The only complaint (is it?) was the bed spread which was a bit 1980s , and didn t quite fit with the rest of the hotel s calm, cool vibe. The housekeeping staff did remove it after the first day, and we just had the white sheets, which was much more chic. Recommend it highly.	Excellent booking service, no issues on our entire week trip.

Hotels own restaurant was ok, but overpriced, we eat allways on city. Songtaw to city 50-60 B, walking about 30 min. We got cheapest room and it was very nice and clean. TV inc. all major football leagues. Pool was wide and peaceful. We could recommanded this resort.	As good as allways, absolutely quick

Location is a bit out of the main happening centre but thts not a big problem as Tuk Tuk is always available to go and to come back. A nice place to relax. Hotel sight seeing tours are expensive and one can get good bargains outside. Overall nice place to stay if one is going to relax..	Very prompt and efficient

The little travel agency is very resourceful, with exellent personal service. Highly qualified massage personell. OK distance to city center.	Easy and well organized

Breakfast below expectation, not appetizing and if you find a hair in the food no more comment is needed. Also every morning when you arrive at about 9 o clock there was not one table available that was clean and ready to be used, although there where at least four waitresses, talking and laughing, but not working. Same for house-keeping, talk and laugh the whole day, but at 15.00 the bungalow was still not cleaned up. I think this should be finished at last at about 14.00. One day we had to wait until 17.00. So management should work on these items.	very good
