Yee Yen Cheah 2009-09-05	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road Fantastic hotel which is perfectly located! The night markets and starbucks are at your footsteps!! The pool was fantastic with a view of the mountain, excellent gym with modern equipment. Super friendly staff which made the stay that extra special! My only comment is that the rooms could do with some modernisation, but it s not a major thing. We would definitely stay here again!	Fantastic service with Sawadee! No hiccups and no issues. Highly recommended.
Khalfan Ahmed Al-Mahrooqi 2009-08-04	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road i have already stayed four times in your hotel. your receiption staff were of great help especial when i had to rearrange my whole family flight bookings. i was given tremendous help from your receiption staff. no doubt i will be coming to your hotel next time.	you need to improve on your booking system, me and my family had to wait at the airport for transfer when i had already paid online for the van. the receiptionist i called indicated that the system shows that i have not paid or booked for transfer.

Tee Boon Goh 2009-07-16	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road Hotel was located to convenient shopping and service areas which was great. Very helpful door staff and quick check-in. Perhaps too quick such that the services that required additional payment were not explained properly and that led to some embarassing encounters with other staff. The swimming pool is superb for family holidays.	It was easy to book the first time but then there were too many events for confirmation of booking and payment that led to confusion. Also, the companies that responded did not have the same name even though the reference was always to the same booking #. Customers could not be sure that their questions were always answered by the same person or the same office.
Mary E Brown 2009-07-09	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road We had stayed at this hotel 2 years ago so I knew what to expect. When we got there they tried to give us substandard rooms that stunk (on the 11th floor). I had reserved 2 rooms. We asked to see other rooms so we were shown one on the 17th floor (smelled by smoke) and when we did not want that one we were shown rooms on the 22nd floor. We took those. This was the room caliber of room I had expected. It was comfortable and did not smell. There was no fuss they gave us the room with no problem. We also got late check out without an issue. I got food poisoning in the Marco Polo lounge and had to be seen at the local hospital I would skip that restaurant, the food is not worth the price anyway. My son notified the food and beverage manager and he was very concerned and apologetic. He checked on me every day and hosted us for the Japanese buffet which was very good. Breakfast was great as usual. I am not afraid of the hotel food...I think the issue was a mistake by a cook that needed education (one dish was not heated to the appropiate temp). We had a good overall experience and I would stay there again, staying out of the Marco Polo lounge for sure!!	Sawadee great as usual.

The breakfast was fantastic and offers so many different types of food everyone should be happy. The rooms were nice- really big clean bathrooms as well. Great location about 1min to the start of the night bizaar. really easy to get from the hotel to sightseeing places zia tuk-tuk as the Hotel is close to every where. Will stay here again and would definately recommend to friends.	Have used sawadee 3 times and everytime quick responses, reliable and efficient.

The rooms were good and the buffet breakfast had quite a good variety. The close proximity to the Night Bazzaar was another plus to staying at this hotel. and I would recommend it to other people any time	We have used this booking service before and I will be using it again in the future and would recommend highly
William Kenney 2009-04-03	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kho Road we found this hotel to be an excellent choice for all of us. Close to the Night Bazzaar very handy to the shops. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning. The staff are very friendly and would recommend this hotel to all our friends	this service is excellent as always. we have never had any problems and would recommend sawadee.com to everyone
