Millar & Francis 2008-04-27 until 2008-04-30	Royal Princess Chiang Mai, near Night Bazaar, Chang Klan Great location right in the heart of night bazaar however the rooms were not as nice as the photos looked on the website. The staff were lovely and very helpful but quality of the rooms just let the place down. It must have been flash 70 - 80 s and they have attempted to upgrade but not quite cut mustard. The fridges are so old they almost look retro-cool. It just needs a bit of an upgrade. Food however was nice and considering the cheap price - you get what you pay for and it is worth it for the location, you walk out the door into the night bazaar madness. Pick up service was good too.	Good efficient service

I like spending time at the pool and it was nice and had towel service. The gym was minimal but some basic weights and a tred mid is the most you can expect any way. It was very well located near if not in the middle of the night bazar area. We rented a scooted and was in the midst of Songkran in about 2 minutes. I plan to stay there next year for Songkran.	This was the second time I used your service. You are two for two with no booking problems. Plan to keep using your web site for booking.
Jillian Margaret Graham 2008-03-30 until 2008-04-03	Royal Princess Chiang Mai, near Night Bazaar, Chang Klan The Royal Princess has an excellent location in Chiang Mai - right in the night bazaar but yet not affected by the noise. Breakfasts are excellent. We were a little disappointed by the deluxe room we had especially after the ambience of the reception area (you d think you were entering a royal palace!). Overall, very pleasing.	Sawadee are an excellent company to book with. Very helpful and professional.

It is very close to the night bazaar which was great but no noise disturbance either. Was in easy walking distance to the old city. Would make a point of staying there again.	As smooth as silk, car was waiting to meet me at the airport and room was ready despite me arriving at 9:30am
Daryl Ottaway 2008-01-17 until 2008-01-24	Royal Princess Chiang Mai, near Night Bazaar, Chang Klan Although not a new hotel, the facilities are very nice and supported by friendly efficient staff - I liked the breakfast concept and all food was fresh and menus rotated daily - noodles/soups etc. Location is very central,walking distance to anything you wish to see particilarly at night at the Bazaar.	Very efficient and keeps you informed of the booking process at all times. The hotel received the Sawasdee email from me personally validating everything without fuss.
Naomi Grant 2008-01-10 until 2008-01-14	Royal Princess Chiang Mai, near Night Bazaar, Chang Klan Our stay the royal princess was excellent. right in the center of the night bizare area ,a great location. the only real complaint is that the beds are too hard, like a rock, and ended up with back pain every day. however this applies to every hotel I have ever stayed in thailand. the rooms are a nice decor , but not very big , just enough room. The only other complaint would be that they love tiger balm or some incense of similar smell and all the hotel smelt of it. there was a good pool area , just big enough to relax in and a small gym which was good for a workout. Breakfast was a huge buffet included in the price and the food was excellent. Staff were great and attentive with good english ability. overall very good. Rates were about 3250bt per nigh so not super cheap but good quality without paying too much.	the booking was excellent, no complaints or stuff ups. great service.
Elmer Martin 2007-12-21 until 2007-12-26	Royal Princess Chiang Mai, near Night Bazaar, Chang Klan Booked two rooms for 5 days including Christmas Eve. Good location if you want to be in the tourist area including the Night Bazaar. Right across the street is Duke s with what seemed like the best warm spinach salad and Swiss mushroom burger in the world after the hotel foot. Breakfast is adequate but the downstairs cafe food isn t exceptional and don t order the cheese burger. Our rooms were not on the Night Bazaar street and were quiet. There are many new hotels in Chiang Mai and there is speculation that the insiders belive gambling is coming to Chiang Mai. The Royal Princess has a lot of competition. The hotel internet rates are excessive but there are 60 and 30 baht per hour access spots easily accessible nearby including one across the street with Skype - when it s open.	as good as always during the past four years.

No complaints about the room (clean and spacious), the breakfast buffet was very good - the Thai selection was something we looked forward to daily and the staff was friendly and helpful.	Easy to use, except that there is no reminder for the 2nd payment!
