	We are a 4-star property that is nestled in a tropical garden between palm trees, lush bushes and flowers. The exotic garden setting is one of our top property assets. It plays an important role in providing a relaxed and casual atmosphere and you will get the impression to live on a paradise island. You will find a total of 51 superior rooms and 2 Junior Suites in our five 2-storey buildings. If you would like to spend your holiday in a more private way you can also book one of our Deluxe bungalows right next to the beach or pool.
Although being one of the smaller resorts on Chaweng Beach we have excellent staff who know how to make you feel comfortable from the very first minute to the very last. Superior Room : The rooms are situated in the u-shape Thai style main building around the exotic garden. They are equipped with Thai style teakwood furniture, one single bed and one double bed, air condition, shower, satellite TV, IDD telephone, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities,free drinking water, hairdryer, safe, umbrella, balcony or terrace. All Superior rooms have garden view.

 

Deluxe Villa :  Our Deluxe Villas are equipped with bathtub and shower in marble and granite bathrooms, one double and one single bed and a large private terrace. All Deluxe Villas feature Thai style teakwood furniture, ceiling fan, remote controlled air condition, tape & CD player, satellite TV, IDD telephone, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, free drinking water, hairdryer, safe, umbrella and bathrobe. Each Deluxe Villa is a stand-alone. The pool-view villas terraces are set in the garden towards the pool, whereas the sea view villas porches lead straight down to the beach.
Deluxe Room : In one of the main building, the new deluxe rooms are situated. Every room is equipped with one single and one double bed. All Deluxe Rooms feature Thai style teakwood furniture, air condition, shower, satellite TV, IDD telephone, tape & CD player, daily newspaper, daily drink at the pool bar, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, free drinking water, hairdryer, safe, umbrella and bathrobe.

 

Kantara Restaurant : Beachfront restaurant, open from 7am till 11pm. From the American breakfast buffet to a light meal for lunch or a romantic candle light dinner, we offer a wide selection of dishes from all over the world, including local specialties and delicious desserts. Capacity: 100 seats.
Pool Bar and pool area :  During the pool opening hours, from 8.00hrs to 19.00hrs, we serve light snacks and refreshing drinks even at your deckchair.   Beach Bar and beach :  Our beach bar is located right on the beach, where we spoil you with tasty snacks and various drinks all day long. When the sun goes down, meet other guests for an aperitif and enjoy the sound of the waves. After a delicious meal, it is the perfect place to end another fantastic day of your holiday with one of our famous cocktails.

The Blue Lagoon Hotel as well as its sister Hotel the Beachcomber are located on Chaweng Beach.  Our resort lies at the northern and quieter end of Chaweng, designed especially for those vacationers seeking a unique island experience. The sister hotel Beachcomber is right in the heart of Chaweng and therefore closer to the largest shopping and entertainment areas in Koh Samui. If you wish to visit our sister Hotel you can do so. We offer a free taxi service between the both hotels from 9.00hrs until 23.00hrs.
