Chaya Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Beach Chaya was great, a lovely little locally owned set of units split into rooms. It was all we needed, nothing flash but adequate and centrally located, at the beach in Ao Nang, at a good price. There staff there were very friendly, but didn t speak alot of English if that is what you are looking for. We had a nice time there, it was very relaxing. |

Chaya Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Beach Room and service was okay. However, facilties poor, to be considered as low value for money. E.g. no running water in the morning, expensive while less facilities, comparing to other hotels we have been lowest quality. |

Chaya Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Beach Nice people but vastly overpriced. Our room smelt terrible on the first night. It is more like a motel than a resort. It is basically 10 rooms around a car park. |
I have asked sawadee for a refund on my first night as the smell in the room was so bad |

Chaya Resort, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Beach Chaya resort is a very small place. They have only about 8-10 units. There are no extra facilities except for basic rooms with daily breakfast. However, being very small, the service there was excellent and can be quite personalised. The place is family owned and the family running the resort is very friendly and quite accommodating. Their level of english is quite good especially their manager who also happens to be the daughter of the owner. Rooms are very nice and cosy and always well made up every day. Another point about the place is that it is full of dogs complete with puppies running around so if you don t like dogs, it might be a deterrent. It is located a little further away from most of the other shops but near to many bars. In conclusion, it s a very nice and cosy place with friendly staff and personalised service. Highly recommendable. |
No problems with booking except we were unable to arrange transport to the hotel from the airport. |
