The front office staff were always helpful and obliging and the staff in the Coffee Shop and Restaurant we always very attentive to all the diners. Hotel seems to be from the 80s, definetely needs to be renovated but still okay for the price. For breakfast they had a huge choice of asian and western food.	Everything worked out well!

Right on the edge of Chinatown, with easy access to all the sights. We stayed on the 19th florr so the views were to die for. Breakfast was fine, good value with lots of choice to set you up for the day. revolving restaurent and bar novel, but very quiet when we stayed.Staff were helpful and quite knowledgable, concierge great with a map.
