Baiyoke Suite Hotel, Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam
Big room with extra bed provided. Staffs are friendly. A little miscommunication regarding the internet usage and we wasted 600baht. Overall, we r happu with the stay.

Nooking service is excellent. Will continue to use Sawadee.com

Polite staff, very good reservation scheme, good room conditions. What is preferable is to add more channels, as now the channels are mostly on Thai language, only one channel is in English. Final opinion - good level of provided services.

The Baiyoke Suite Hotel is not as good as Baiyoke Sky and I must say the front desk staff on arrival was not at their best. The rooms are very basic even though they are suites and the air conditioning made a lot of noise. The breakfast was ok but the floor and the cloths were dirty and the staff did not seem to like being there. Sorry, but the Baiyoke Suite Hotel needs to shapen up quite a lot. Worked excellently.

Very good location, the room was very big but very old and sad.Breackfast was very rich with a lot of choice but the food was not amazing. Pay attention, if you book another night the fee is double than the one booked through the booking service !!!

Amazing, simple, trustful....enjoy using the service

Since there were no standard rooms available, booked a non smoking executive suite and paid more. We were given a smoking room and it was same as a standard room (have stayed before) Disgusting smell from the bathroom and taps was leaking. Breakfast buffet needs to improve a lot. Food was under our expectation. Staff was not as friendly as the ones in Pattaya. We will think twice before going there again.

We booked the Garden wing, But after looking at one of the rooms at Ocean Tower my husband didn’t have a choice. He had to take me there. Modern room with extremely tasteful open bathroom. Simply fantastic. We had a great time. Love the lap pool. Enjoyed the Thai food at dinner buffet at Essence Restaurant . Good breakfast buffet. Free internet should be standard nowadays.

This was our second visit to Bangkok in the space of a month. The first stay was at the Royal River Hotel on the Chao Phraya River, we chose not to return there and to try the Baiyoke our selves as some friends recommended it. For us this hotel was far better, location was still good and in the heart of the shopping area. The separate room makes a great deal of difference as we have 2 children and trying to cram them into one large room is not the most comfortable so Bayioke wins points for having appartments rather than just a room. Breakfast is OK , the rooms were clean and the service was pleasant. The gym was far better than the Royal River as well. All in all I would say it was good value for money and we would certanly consider returning there again.

I wish Sawadee operated in other countries we visit as well. Excellent, informative website.
