Sean Cantwell 2007-11-09 until 2007-11-26	Hard Rock Hotel, Pattaya Beach Road I found the Hard Rock hotel Pattaya to be one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. My wife and I spent 17 days there. The hotel is suitable to couples and family. Probably no as suited to singles, the staff were great very friendly and courteous. The only complaint I had was one of the security guards on Beach road entrance. He insisted in searching all bags and was not nice to deal with. When you entered through the front entrance 2nd Road there was no such problem, also the problem was not there on beach road with any other of the security guards. I asked the reception about this problem and they said it was to do with fruit? But this was a minor problem perhaps the Hard Rock could give the security guard on beach road some lessons in courtesy.	I found the travel arrangement with Sawadee Com excellent and would have no problem recommending them and thir services to anyone. Thanks Sawadee Com Staff

helen daunt 2006-10-12 until 2006-10-17	Hard Rock Hotel, Pattaya Beach Road an all-round great hotel. i couldnt recommend it highly enough. staff were superb. it had a fantastic kids club. prices were great. food was great too. my only diasapointment was having to put my children to sleep under a giant mural of michael jackson!	easy
Peter Lyons 2006-01-02 until 2006-01-03	Hard Rock Hotel, Pattaya Beach Road Enjoyed the stay and the facilities are excellent too. Unfortunately some staff members were less than helpful. We were told we could have a free drink whilst waiting for our room which took 45 minutes to prepare for some reason. on check out the drinks appeared on our bill and we were told we had to pay as we had them at the wrong bar . No apologies and a disappointing end to our stay but the pool area and room were great.	Excellent as always.
