David 2009-06-14	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani This is a nice hotel that needs a little bit of money spent on refurbishment. The rooms were fine, but outside the rooms some of the common areas looked a little worn. It has recently been taken over by Centara management, they will be upgrading during 2009 which will bring the hotel back to it s best. So far no signs of upgrading yet. The hotel is well located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast was very good and it has a nice swimming pool. It is good value for money. There is a minivan to take you to the airport for a nominal charge.	Very good as always.
Steen Knudsen 2009-06-14	Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon T, Udorn Thani We have stayed there 4 times before but now the standard is unacceptable everywhere in the hotel.Only the employes are very service minded. Swimming pool is in a very bad shape has to be renued. Furnitures, painting etc. is very bad - Next time we will find a better hotel with high standard at the same price level.	Perfect as usual
Sergey Solod 2009-04-30	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani I lived there 3 days. Hotel is pretty good. Polite and well-wishing staff, clean, cozy and comfortable room (senior suite, 8th floor). Bedclothes were clean. Facilities were in good order. Enough quiet. Everything was OK. Breakfast was pretty quality and wide choice of dishes. Of course it might be little more clean tablecloths there :-) But it is not Switzerland :-) I didn’t use a swimming pool. Just don’t like any pools:-) But I have seen through window some people enjoyed there. I think that its price is quiet reasonable. Maybe it is a little expensive for Thailand but l suppose this is really worth this money! One notice: booking through sawadee.com cost for me 1100 less then to pay directly. Wireless Internet is available by TOT and other providers but prepaid access (password and login) on the reception desk costs at least 3 times more than in a bookshop near hotel :-) I have bought the prepaid card in bookshop and used Spider Hot Spot in the lobby. Speed and quality were OK. If I will come to Udonthani again and have :-) enough money then I live in this hotel.	excellent!
Grant Fitzpatrick 2009-04-29	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani The hotel is very nice and economical for price. Its a nice location and the food is great. Staff is very friendly and accomodating.	Sawadee is a wonderful service. I have used them over 15 times and never had a problem. They are extremely helpful.
Oleksiy Khabibulin 2009-02-26	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani definitially the best hotel at Udon Thane. Only trouble about internet access (wifi), because only 7 floor is covered by wifi. Also food from Charoensri grand restaraunt now not good as at my first visit to this hotel (much less quality)	good, but more fast booking responces please!
VAN DIJK HENDRIKUS 2009-01-31	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani This is a beautiful hotel situated next to a busy street and restricted parking facilities. Other than that, compliments for the efficient staff, excellent breakfast and unbelievable lunch buffets and the many decorations in the building. We felt very relaxed after our long journey from Holland.	Swift and efficient, as usual.
Terry Porter 2009-01-22	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Check in staff must be the most unfriendly in Thailand, the hotel needs a complete upgrade as it is very tired, paint, room etc are all very worn Breakfast was average but same selection everyday. Free pickup from airport but a 30 baht (why not free) charge to go to airport. NO WAY is this a 4/5 star hotel more like 2/3 Last stay was 9 years ago it will be at least another 9 if ever again Just not worth the price as much better are available ..good location for shopping & nightlife Very disappointed overall	excellent booked at Chitlom BTS office
DONALD J DANIELS 2009-01-20	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani excellent hotel, superbly situated in the heart of Udon. Room was large, airy and very comfortable bed, but like most modern hotels, dim lighting everywhere seems to be in vogue. Reception ladies were polite, accurate and spoke good English, the buffet breakfast was extensive and covered most tastes...... and the tariff was extremely reasonable.	flawless....quick, easy, excellent
Michael Coghlan 2009-01-11	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Lovely grand hotel. I enjoyed everything about it except for the lack of in-room Internet. Excellent rooms and service. Wonderful buffet breakfast.	Very efficient. Worked well.
Henricus Knoben 2009-01-09	Charoensri Grand Royal Hotel, Udorn Thani Hello I stayed several times at this hotel. Last time with mixed feelings. Female staff was rude at fellow farangs. One english man had some complaint and female staff pretending not to speak english. Later when this man left they imitated him. Rude and no warm wellcome. Price is ok for the rooms. Location is inside city center. Breakfast is ok. Beware of restaurant at night. Awfull. Go to the irish pub nearby. Good food and fair prices. If thailand wants the tourist back they should reconsider their approach. Only male staff is helpfull. Getting a taxi to the airport was a crime because nobody in this hotel seemed to understand a simple question like that. Thanks to my gf I found one. No security at night. Anyone could enter except my gf. Hotel staff checked many times at daytime. So I shall not return in future. Udon at this moment is very farang unfriendly and this hotel sure knows how to accomplish this task.	efficient, fast, cooperative
