Helen LEE Wei Mun 2009-10-27	Suan Bua Hotel & Resort, Hangdong The hotel has a very nice surrounding landscape and garden. That was impressive. However, the rooms are badly maintained and not equipped. Forget about kettle, tea cups, hair dryers, teaspoons, writing material, wifi, etc. The condition of the water supplied is really bad and very rusty. There is only 1 restaurant in the hotel and food is not fantastic. In fact, we really dislike the food. As we stayed for 10 days, it was annoying at times as the place is rather remote (without any shops nearby), and we find difficulty even getting some basic supplies or food. You can t find taxi at this area. Only arranged transport (hotel or your own). Distance to town is approx 35mins, costs about 500 baht 1-way. Next time, will stay in town and visit the mountains instead.	Sawadee has excellent services. Prompt services and very helpful. Thanks!
Peter Adam 2008-03-08 until 2008-03-12	Suan Bua Hotel & Resort, Hangdong Beautiful and large Resort with a perfect maintained Garden. Very friendly Staff. Very quiet, after a Convention on the first day, we have been the only guests. Perfect if you need a quiet break.	100%
Familiy Scheepens 2006-12-22 until 2006-12-29	Suan Bua Hotel & Resort, Hangdong We liked the hotel. Unfortunately that rooms were not heated, as it was quite cold during the evenings and nights!! The facilities are a bit outdated. the pool is not heated and as the hotel is quite high up in the mountains the water was ice cold in the December. So not that much to do in the resort so we made lots of day trips to all nearby attractions. Rooms are however spacy and ideal with kids (as you have a seperate room/kitchen which parents can use at night when kids are sleeping.	We requested for hotel pick up but that somehow was not arranged for! Otherwise the service is ok, but confirmation emails are a bit messy without clear overview of services paid for (for example the hotel tried to invoice us for the compulsory christmas dinner which was already paid to Sawadee. This was however solved quickly.
