Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
WOW! This resort was perfect for our Thailand island getaway. Our Grande Deluxe Villa was a stones throw from the beach and the foliage surronding our bungalow made us experience true paradise. The resort is located at the southern end of the beach, just far enough away from the watersport activities so the water and beachfront were ours to enjoy. From days lying on the beach alternating with the pool, the service of staff was wonderful. Bringing us towels and drinks when needed. We also organized day trips, rented a motorcycle and planned taxis through the front desk. Restaurant is located right on the beachfront and the complimentary breakfast every morning is something to look forward to. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to experience real paradise.

Easy and confirmations are quick.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
We have just returned from 4 nights in a Grand Seaside villa. Our villa was located very close to the beach amongst lovely tropical gardens. After 4 nights on the hillside at Sandalwood villas we always knew it was going to be a hard act to follow. Our bungalow was small but quite adeqate considering we spent most of our time on the beach anyway. The bungalows have a lovely seating area on the verandah which really adds to their character. A spray hose is located next to each bungalow for washing off the sand from the beach. The highlight of Samui Paradise is its beachfront location. It is on the very southern end of Chaweng beach which has lovely clean white sand and clear water. It is a very pretty and peaceful location. We enjoyed being away from the main centre of Chaweng and most evenings caught a songthaew up to the end of the beach and wandered back, stopping for a drink, something to eat and a bit of shopping. It was also easy to cut through other hotels to get back onto the beach from various locations along the road. Service at the hotel was average however as I said earlier, we had been spoilt at Sandalwood prior to this. Breakfast was average and put us off eating in the restaurant in the evening. They had tables set up on the beach each evening which looked beautiful. The swimming pool was small but we only used it a couple of times to cool off when the beach got too hot for us. Plenty of sunloungers on the beach. Gardens were well maintained and much nicer than some other bungalow resorts we walked through along the beach road. There was a lovely lady selling bbq corn, mangoes, pineapple and coconuts on the beach in front of the hotel - delicious! Overall, I think this hotel could do a bit better regarding quality of service and breakfast for the price, however the location, in my opinion, is really the best on Chaweng Beach and the individual bungalows have a nice character about them.

Booking service was straightforward, easy and efficient. We would use Sawadee again without any hesitation.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
What an absolutely fantastic resort. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and already are recommending it to all our friends and family. Things didn t start out well as there wasn t a shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel, but that was the only negative of the entire trip. The hotel is beautiful, and the views from our room were the best imaginable. OK, we had probably the best room in the resort - right on the beach - but still, it was magnificent. The staff are pretty (the girls at least), well dressed, friendly, efficient, pleasant ... everything you could want. Our room was amazing and everything worked just perfectly. The food was excellent. The drinks were very well presented and nice to have a happy hour. The pool is wonderful. The service was exemplary. We will definitely be coming back here.

My wife and mom-in-law did the booking, so I can t really comment here, other than that it was disappointing that our transfer never arrived at the airport.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
The resort and the staff were wonderful. So wonderful that we had no need to leave. The villa on the beach was perfect and the staff were kind and very attentive. We could not have asked for more, a true holiday in paridise.

The booking service sawadee.com were also great. They were very helpful and nothing was a problem even after many changes. I will be using this service again. Both my husband and I work in the airline industry and have never come across such a professional service. Thankyou for a great holiday.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
The service, professionalism, and location couldn t be better. I ve stayed on several islands and resorts; this one topping the list. The price was excellent and I could not have been happier. At one point, I had suffered food poisoning - the hotel staff was there to escort me to the doctor and see that I made it back to my accomodation safely - for that, I owe them immensely. Thanks Samui Paradise. The room was spectacular, clean, and with the highest class immenities. Thanks a million.

There were no issues. Things were made much simpler and this service through the website will be used again; most likely to book Samui Paradise!

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
Very good hotel! Stayed at Grand Deluxe Villa of Samui Paradise for 5 nights at the end of April, 2009. If you are looking for silence and relaxation within the walking distance (10 minutes max) from very busy, noisy, crowded and quite dirty centre of Chaweng Beach - choose this hotel. The beach in front of Samui Paradise is fantastic, with shining white sand (which is very clean, soft, airy and to our opinion after walking through the whole Chaweng up to Nora Beach Resort - the best of all beach). The sea is a bit shallow during low tide, to swim without touching the bottom you should walk for around 20-25 m which was much better than in many other parts of Chaweng. There are no stones, seaweed or corals on the bottom - just flat and safe sand which can be easily seen through blue and clear water from the surface. There is a small fishermen village situated in the rocks to the south of the hotel beach, which makes no influence on either quality of water or access to sea. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas on the beach for those who prefer beach zone instead of pool one. Beach towels are being distributed by special staff on the beach (not near the pool!). Most of Grand Deluxe Villas are situated around the pool and have garden+pool+sea view. Villas are very well looked after, though you can see that the resort is not freshly open. Bathroom is quite large with all facilties working excellent. The bed was large and comfortable. Bed sheets new and clean, the same about bathroom towels. Veranda was spacious, protected from direct sunlight during the whole day, with two benches and a table in front of them, surrounded by really lush tropical garden (palms, bushes, flowers, exotic trees, etc.) and providing enough level of privacy though being close to neighboring villas and pool. Beach front villas (Paradise Suites, Honeymoon Suite, Family Suite) looked really nice, 4 of 5 have modern design. Having arrived we even wanted to upgrade our room to one of them but the price was 3 times higher than the price for wonderful Grand Deluxe Villas accomodation 5-20 meter further from the beach. So, we considered it to be very overpriced and were right. The pool isn’t large but still very nice. Usually we do not travel for pool-swimming but it seemed to us that other hotel guests were happy about the pool and the surrounding sun beds. The restaurant of the hotel was OK. Quite overpriced, serving qualitative, but not the best Thai food, nice service, prices don’t include 10% service charge and 7% VAT. On one of the evenings there even was a free Thai Dancing Show organized by the hotel for restaurant guests. Breakfast was served in the same restaurant but was nothing special, no Thai food. One could expect better selection of meals in a hotel of such price level. Still, everything was fresh and qualitative. We would rather recommend to dinner in other restaurants closer to the centre of Chaweng or VERY ROMANTIC PLACE – The Chef Restaurant – situated just in front of the hotel on the opposite side of the street. The restaurant isn’t annouced as part of Samui Paradise though it is owned by Samui Paradise Group, provides excellent service, interior and very tasty Thai food for more reasonable prices. In general, we liked the hotel and it turned out to be exactly what we expected for paid money. To our opinion this is one of the best combinations of location+beach+accomodation+value for money on Chaweng nowadays.

Booking was easy and worked very well. All our comments were passed to hotel administartion. Payment was safe.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
A super setting - the family suite is highly recommended if you want a luxury see front holiday, with a jaccusi overlooking the sea. Excellent facilities, DVD, flat screen tv, beach towels etc. Food was OK - but I would recommend the restaurant across the road to the hotel, run by the same hotel rather than room service. Breakfast was very good - although it lacked some of the local produce that some Thai hotels have. Good setting though overlooking the beach. I do recommend it - though it is heavy on the budget!

The booking service was efficient and seamless.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
Just returned from our first holiday in Koh Samui and selected the Samui Paradise from the web site. Absoulutely perfect in every sense. This complex is everything that you would wish on a dream holiday. The setting, gardens, beach, service is excellent. Most of all, the staff are so helpful and friendly and are a credit to the hotel. The weekly cocktail party with entertainment is a great idea. Well done Samui Paradise, we will come again!

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
Very nice resort. Stayed here for one week in a Delux Seaside Bungalow. Nice and clean. Spacious bathroom. Really good breakfast buffet. Restaurant prices quite ok. Good service. Front desk personnel could be more humble. Rest off the staff very attentive. No problem getting sunbeds and umbrellas, the towel boy takes care of that exeptionally good. Nice and clean beach. We really enjoyed our visit here.

No problem.

Samui Paradise Chaweng, Chaweng Beach
We had a stay in Samui paradise Chaweng for ten wonderful days. There are a lot of good things to tell about this hotel but we want to emphasize on the most important ones. First of all, the hotel is located in a very good place which is at the end of chaweng beach. This gives you a chance to be away from noisy chaweng center. But still chaweng center is only minutes away from the hotel, five minutes by a tuk-tuk:) or by a taxi and maximum ten minutes by foot. This hotel is the best place for people who is seeking piece and silence. You can have excellent dinners right on the beach and only ten meters away from the ocean with wonderful live music. Hotel personnel is very cheerful, pleasant and very good at what they are doing. They make each and every one feel like a VIP during their whole stay. There is a very decent spa in the hotel, CHALALAI. You should absolutely have a thai massage there, you will never regret and never forget. It is better to wake up early because you really do not want to miss a minute. The breakfast is great, you can have different fresh juices & fruits every morning. The most wonderful thing is to have breakfast around 07:30 am with a great ocean view and you can observe how the sun rises in front of your eyes while you enjoy your breakfast. There is a nice swimming pool which you can always enjoy but I strongly recommend you spend your time on the beach. The sand is literally white and soft as cotton, the ocean is very warm and steady most of the times. You will have great times on the beach while you drink your cocktail which is served in a whole young coconut. The cocktail is called samui paradise by the way:) At dinner time in the evening do not forget to check the sea food stand which is set on the beach. I recommend you to try sea food basket which contains two pcs. of blue crabs, four pcs. of tiger prawns (gigantic:):), one red snapper fish and one squid. And do not forget to ask the waiter to prepare the sea food basket in Thai style. It is much better than just BBQ. In conclusion; we give 10 points out of 10 to Samui Paradise Chaweng Resort and Spa. Thanks a lot to Samui paradise Personnel and administration for our unfogettable vacation.

I was very anxious about internet booking at first but I can assure you that from the very beginning of my booking until the end of my vacation I have never faced with a single technical handicap. Everything was like a clockwork and I can easily say that Sawadee.com is a very trustworthy and professional web site.
