Very nice peaceful hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. The swimming pool is great along with it s jacuzzi. A big bonus is free internet usage for the guests. The staff understands and speaks good English and very friendly.
Slightly on the downside is the inconsistent water pressure and temperature of the shower in your room. There s also no eletric kettle if you re thinking of making a hot drink by yourself.
Overall, it s worth the money you paid for.

Great value for money, the hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff.
The location is a little bit off, but a few minutes on a motorbike and you are in central Chaweng.

The hotel is beautiful and simple,but the location is bad.
The breakfast is very good. The pool is clear and cold.
Our room s aircondition was stinky.

it was my second time in koh samui and i changed 4-6 hotels. first residence was the best a stayed so far. good price fantastic very very clean and with a bath tub not a shower. brand new and only 2 minutes from nightlife with the motorbike. i will go back for sure

The hotel was brilliant. Very clean, modern and quiet. Only flaw is the location of the pool. It never seemed to get the sun at all because the hotel building is in the way. This meant the water in the pool is always cold. Overall a 8 out of 10 for a budget boutique hotel. I will definitely go back there again

Very good Hotel, I was before in Samui First House that has the same owners, and I had the same good service, friendly front desk staff, great place to come back again.
