Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach We stayed in the 950 baht huts. The huts themselves were pretty good. Really comfy and large beds, plenty of space and the cleaners did an excellent job every day. However there was alot of construction work going on which woke us up at 07:00 every morning and continued until approx 18:00 which was very annoying if we wanted a kip in the afternoon. There was also a terrible drainage problem in this resort, sometimes it was almost unbearable. The food in the breakfast restaurant was always nice but the staff were some of the worst i have ever seen. A couple of them were half way through a sex change and were plucking there beards and popping spots in the restaurant and the other guys seemed like they wanted to attack us with a machete. Luckily the beaches on Koh Samet were some of the nicest I ve been too so we would definatley go back but probably stay in Silversands resort which is about a 15 minute walk up the road. |
Excellent |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach The hotel is located very nice but thats all. The breakfast is very poor and the staff seems tired and bored. At the reception young guys watch TV and seems irritated when you want to ask themn something. The showers and bathroom are very smelly and shower has no power at all. Took me like 20 min to get the scahmpoo out of my hair. No a hotel to recommend and Koh Samet is just a place to rush to if you desperatly need sun, sand and beach. |
Sawadee has never disapointed us. Great!! |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Don t expect too much from the rooms & staff. The room prices are high for the (low) quality offered. I was happy that I had to stay only 1 night. The staff did their job, nothing more. Better stay at Ao Prao or Ao Thian. The resorts seem to have a much higher standard. |
Great. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Okay place- most of it was under construction when I was there the past weekend. I would not suggest staying in the rooms in the back for awhile. My fan room was basic, like a motel room. Windows opened up onto a wall which wasn t great, but the room was clean. The staff was friendly and it s a good location on the beach. I didn t eat in their restaurant. |
The booking service reserved the wrong dates (I know for sure I entered the correct ones). But it was ok because the hotel changed it for me. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Nice staff. The rooms were clean but to much ceramics if you have children who like their sound. We had a bad view into an other bungalow and a bunch of mosquitos. I will choose another place to stay next time on Koh Samet. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Terrible smell from the drainage ditch. Worn out interior. Cheap but not worth its price. |
Very good but too many e-mails. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach This hotel was just off the beach-a great central location. The room was adequate, although the bathroom was pretty poor-we dreaded taking showers. They did make up our room each day and gave us a fresh towel whenever we asked. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Very Bad Experience. Totally overprice! No hot water, old furniture and near the rubbish ditch. I will not living in this Villa again when I come to koh Samet. |
Ensure the Villa will not give you the back side of the Villa, it is near the ditch. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Nice hotel. Simple but ok. beach chairs are free and we did not have a waterpressure problem. |
very easy and safe |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Room was very large with very quiet and efficient air conditioning. The bathroom was basic with poor water pressure but this was not a problem. The staff at the resort and at the restaurant were very helpful, freindly and also courteous and we were all on first ane terms within a few days. Our only critism would be the included breakfast at an adjoining restaurant, it was very poor often cold and not particularly clean, we ate the included breakfast only 3 of the 8 days. We are all looking forward to a return visit and hopefully staying in the same room, we had a wonderfull holiday made even better by the staff at this establishment. |
Faultless as usual, quick response to our request to change our occupancy numbers. Maybe its possible to obtain a cheaper rate but this website takes the hassle away from booking in what to us is a language we dont speak. Thankyou |
