Very beautiful, very propper hotel with good breakfast (all what you can imagine is available); extraordinary friendly and helpful staff included Johnny the friendly tour organizer. A good hotel for stay with a family. Actually they bild up a new additional pool but this work does not disturb the comfortable stay. In classification it would be ranked as 5 star hotel in europe.

It s my second time at the hotel and it was really a pleasure to be back amoung wonderful and friendly staffs. I would come back again any time I will stay in Pattaya.

Beautiful rooms with great view of the sea on the 16th floor. Staff were a bit overwhelmed with number of guests and some were pretty new at the job. They could use a bit more training. But overall our stay was pleasant.
