Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Very large and clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. The superior (standard) rooms have no amenities though, e.g. no hair dryer. Taxi driver had some difficulty finding the hotel. However, good value so I will use the hotel when I need an overnight stay relatively close to the airport. |
Good booking service. |

Had no cause to leave my beautiful spacious room.. made great use of their in-room internet facility for work purposes & ate in too. Was v comfortable & was all set & fresh for my early morning flight. Will be staying here again! PS: Had map printed 4 taxi driver. He found it easily & it only cost 150THB from airport. |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi We booked this hotel for the first and last night of our trip because it was close to the airport. The hotel itself was nice and clean (we got into BKK at 1am and they still greeted us with juice and watermelon), but even after printing a map off, the cab driver had a little trouble finding it. I would stay here again. |
no problems |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi We (family of 4 with 2 children)stayed at the Siman Piman only for about 7 hours in transit from Hong Kong to Phnom Penh. Very nice hotel, 15 minutes from the airport, great room (only problem was the airconditionaing leaked, they offered to change us, but we were to tired so we just put a bucket to catch the water), very nice staff. One caution, it is very difficut to find, make sure your taxi driver really knows where it is before you leave the airport. We had a terrible taxi driver who tried to go off meter and charge us 450 Baht (it should only cost about 200 baht) and also got lost, despite that I had the printout of the booking. |
No problems. |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi We needed a hotel for a short stay to catch an early flight out the following day and this one was fairly close to the airport-about US $7.00 taxi ride. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the staff. Not a perfect hotel as it was a little noisy in the morning with the street traffic, but it was very clean, nicely decorated, very well maintained, and quite comfortable. My wife, who is more the Hilton Hotel type, also enjoyed staying there. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again. One caveat-If you re arriving late, you may be skeptical driving up to the hotel as the area looks a little rough, but rest easy, it s just a normal neighborhood and in the morning the neighbors will be out and about their normal routine. You will feel better about it. |
No problems. |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi We were very happy here and would use again. In fact we did book them for the evening before our return flight. Fresh green coconuts served upon arrival meant a lot to us. Room was superb, reasonably priced, and within reasonable distance of new airport. Of minor concern, lack of wireless internet and somewhat high LAN connection fees. |
Excellent, fast, dependable and, when I had a question, responsive and helpful. |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi This hotel is agood place when you start your holiday in Thailand. It is 15 min. from the airport (take a Taxi Meter not a Airport Taxi price is lower than 50%) The people in the hotel are frindly and the speak good English. Rooms are clean in big. Food: Better you go to a restaurant on the mainstreet half price. In total it is a good hotel for a short term stay (1 or 2 days) to stop you jetleck. |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi Odd location for a boutique hotel. It s fairly close to the airport, about 15 minutes via the number 9 tollway but it s nowhere near any tourist attractions. There is a Big C about a 5 minute taxi ride away. The deluxe rooms are big and are smartly decorated in a Thai contemporary decor. The 1900 baht price was okay. The restaurant is a rip off, 297 baht for an ordinary ABF. At least there number of food vender s near by. Staff was nice and I like the 24 hour check out service. Would use again if I needed a late check out. |
Worked fine, would use again. |

Siam Piman Bangkok Boutique Hotel, Airport - nearby Suvarnabhumi This was our first stay at the Siam Piman. We were only spending one night here before we flew back to Europe. This hotel is closely situated to the Suvarnabhumi airport. About 20 minutes in a taxi. We were 6 people travelling with a lot of luggage, the taxi driver charged 500 bath for this ride. We arrived too late in the evening to go to the mall that we were told is in the very same area. We were immediately told that regrettably the family room we booked wasn t suitable for the extra bed we requested, so either we would share two kingsize beds or they would have to book two new rooms for us. I specificably asked about this when I booked the room, so this seemed to be an unprofessional slip... The two adjacent rooms were very nice and clean. The aircon wasn t working in one room so we asked to switch to another room, this caused a little waiting, since the lady that had to check whether the aircon really was out of order was also the cook! But eventually this worked out. The restaurant is very small and has a homey feel to it. The food is quite expensive for Thai food and rather forgettable. We had a quiet night inspite of some kind of a bird farm that lies across the street - the following morning I couldn t believe we didn t hear them at night! At breakfast the biggest flaw of this hotel came out: they are understaffed. Even though there weren t a lot of guests, the task of waitering, serving, checking out for customers was all on one woman who seemed stressed out about this. We never managed to get all our breakfast orders, the taxi driver was waiting for us and we had to check out and they took forever to get this done, even though we gave her a notice of our schedule the evening before. We checked out 15 minutes late, so it wasn t a disaster, but I doubt that we shall come back to this place. |
I didn t get the room that I booked with sawadee.com. I asked if it was possible to get the family room with one extra bed for a family of 6, and I was told this was no problem, however this was not an option for the hotel. Other than that, no problems. Very smooth and fast respons as usual. :-) |
