This hotel is centrally located of Lamai Beach. Head for the beach a gentle 5 minutes walk from resort.

Varinda Garden Resort. All the 40 air-conditioned rooms are tastefully decorated in contemporary Thai style. All room has a private balcony or terrace and other facilities such as refrigerator, television, WiFi Internet Designed for your comfort .

AIR CONDITIONING:
Set your room air-conditioning to your desire. The front bathroom locates the fan speed switch, Please allow 5-10 minutes for air conditioning off it you have the balcony door open

AIRPORT TRANSFER:
For a private limousine, contact reception.

BREAKFAST:
If you have Breakfast included in your voucher you will also get coupons for this. Breakfast is served in our restaurant every morning from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. one coupon per room per day.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time 12 noon. Please clear your bill in good time before leaving us. After checking out our hotel facilities such as towels, safety box etc, are still available for you. Upon availability you can keep your room for additional Please tell us the previous evening if you would like to keep your room. Resort is not responsible for any loss of valuable, we kindly advise you to use our safety deposit boxes, located in the reception area.

CHECKING IN:
Together with your room key you will get key tag. This key tag will be your proof for staying with us, when you go out during the day we recommend you’re to leave your key at the reception. If you lose the key we have to charge you with 400 Bath. Before checking in please deposit key 200 Bath.

CREDIT CARDS:
Master Card, Visa is accepted.

DOCTOR:
Medical assistance is nearly and available 24 hours a day. Please contact the reception.

DOOR LOCKS:
All room doors are permanently locked from the outside, you may wish to double lock your door by pressing the button on the inside doorknob.

ELETRICITY:
All room is 220 volts.

EMERGENCY:
In the event of an emergency please contact at the reception and advise the problem and your room number.

FACSIMILE:
Facsimile service for both incoming and outgoing messages is available. Please contact reception.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE:
Extra pillow, blankets and room amenities are available, from Housekeeping. Call Reception.

EXTRA PERSON:
Will be settled by your room account at 600 Thai Bath per person per night.

KEY TAG:
After entering your room, please insert the key tag in the socket near the door. This allows the electricity to work. Please allow a few minutes for the air condition unit to be cold . We kindly ask you to keep key tag together at all times.

LAUNDRY:
Same day service is available if items are submitted before 10.00 hours. Laundry bags instructions are located on top of your wardrobe. For collection please contact housekeeping.

LOST & FOUND:
For assistance in locating lost times. Please call reception.

MAINTENANCE:
If anything in your room needs repair, please contact front reception.

MAIL:
A Post-box are available at front reception.

POOL’ TOWEL:
Is available in reception (blue color) for use around the pool or should you prefer to bring it to the beach. Please return your tower to reception every day, otherwise we will charge your room.

PARKING:
For motor vehicles is available in the hotel car park. Please lock your vehicle.

PRICES:
All our prices in the food and beverage facilities are net prices.

RESTAURENT:
Open from 06.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Daily.

ROOM SERVICE:
07.30 a.m. to 15.00 p.m. offers a limited selection of European and Thai cuisine.

SWIMMING POOL:
Our pool area is very popular. Please Shower before us swimming pool. The swimming pool is open daily 07.00 a.m. to 08.00 p.m.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES:
We recommend you to use the safety deposit boxes provided area. Please do not leave valuables, money, jewelry or passports in your room.
