abbas mehrad 2010-07-26	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road base on your advertisement in the sight I selected this hotel,in arrival time it was below my expectation in compare to somerset lake hotel. bad smelling in the room due to absent of air vacume in lavatory(w.c),I mentioned this to receptionist.breakfast served very bad and disorganized,with old devices. PLS.decrise ranking of this hotel in your web sight.	this was ok.
ZAYTSEV EVGENY 2010-07-05	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road Nice budget hotel. For the money paid we ve got a clean spacy room, good breakfast and quite central location. Would certainly recommend this hotel to everyone.	No problem at all. Quick and convenient as always.
Khandaker Ashraful Haque 2010-02-08	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road We booked 4 rooms for 4 couples. We had our parents with us. But we got only 3 rooms. When we asked for another room, they said no other room is available. Though they gave us an upgrade to a 3 bedroom suite, it was not expected when we booked long ago. The washrooms looks okay but always you can smell some bad odour. Pattaya is very hot now and unfortunately the AC of any of the rooms was not working. After a long chat they managed table fans!!!! The next day they fixed the AC and again after couple of hours it shuts down and starangely they blamed us for that. Breakfast was okay, american breakfast.	Good
Thanapol Vachirarojpaisarn 2010-01-24	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road Good facilities especially in cooking equipment that can be used for free, room is big and clean on the other hand pool is quite small at night if you stay in lower floor you can hear the noise from bar beside hotel but it s not problem for us if you want to stay at Pattaya it is a un-sleep city.	OK, good

Vinicio Della Verde 2010-01-03	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road All i can say from the moment my mate & myself got there, we were greeted with smiles.Rooms were clean and were just what we ordered.Is away from the main hustle of Pattaya..but still there are plenty of bars near by for a drink to start your bar hop..if you wish to end up in walking street or not.. Most bars close around 3am nearby.. Noise level is minmal...but,let me tell you now..if you going to complain about noise.... STAY HOME - PATTAYA is not for you... Staff were great and helpful...Especially Philip..you have any problems..Philip will fix..(gentleman) Would i stay again...YES.	Booking Service... Excellent -too easy!!

Peter Ostrowski 2009-11-04	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road Location is set back from Second Road approx opposite Soi 4. The property itself is older but in good shape. Large rooms with kitchens. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast included. Air-con was good. But rooms facing west/Second Road have nighttime noise from Beer Bars on Second Road. Overall very good value if you have a room facing away from Second Road.	Always easy to use!
belal siraj 2009-10-29	The Pinewood Residences, Pattaya North, 2nd Road The staff were very helpful, it was in a good location, it was a beautiful hotel. Only problems that the front of the hotel had some statues that were quite dirty and the water was mouldy. But all in all I was so happy that I booked with this hotel and would do it again and again.	I found the booking service was really fantasticly set out, so that anyone looking for a hotel room would get all the information they wanted instantly with all the right links. Well done.
