Lincy 2010-07-29	Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya Naklua, Beach Rd. Loved the numerous swimming pools some were for kids (even a diving spot similar to jumping off a cliff and even real sand next to the pool and lots of sliders) and some were adults only for tranquility. Another special thing - the water is slightly salty so you don t feel the chorine at all. Liked room setup - separate rooms for toilet and shower. Breakfast had lots of variety. Had lots of guests in the hotel, but did not feel crowded at breakfast nor at the pools...had plenty of beach chairs. Kids loved the play room with Wii and pool tables. Check-in and out was very efficient and receptionists were courteous. Downside: Furniture and some pool rocklike set up are unsafe due to sharp edges. Was a little disappointed when the room service did not replenish the toiletries on the 2nd day. Overall, a MUST at least once especially for families with young children.	One of the cheapest and very fast response, but a little too stringent with rules when the hotel itself is not as strict.
THERESA BALZAN 2010-04-27	Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya Naklua, Beach Rd. Wonderfull resort. The gardens and pools exceptional. Room making staff excellent.Pool drinks expensive. Happy hour from 1500-1700 helps.Friday and Saturday Seafood nights the very best for value. Location needs transportation to the main strip in pattaya south. Still highly recommended	I have not used a better agency than Sawadee.com. They seem to be able to get the best deals for their clients. They respond to any e-mail enquirey in a very short timeframe with enthusiasm and proficiency. I have recommended them to many friends and have posted same on the internet. Congratulations Team

P. Family 2010-04-15	Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya Naklua, Beach Rd. We haven t got the room we ve booked. The hotel s confusing then cancel our room. They offered us the other room type, we were not happy at all.Breakfast was not great as many other five stars hotel. But pool is cool! The hotel should try to improve to be family hotel.	Very good, we are impressed.

It is much too early since opening NOV 03 2009 to benefit from their promises to be a multi stars Grand Resort remaining a Mirage. Highly over rated and certainly not delivering what could be expected for. An error of our own choice not to be repeated. This is not Thailand and its famous hospitality but a bland anonymous good looking only Hotel that is not even pleasant to be a resident of ( there are hundreds similar on Florida coast, one in Paradise Island in The Bahamas so much bigger and Centara Grand Mirage Beach resort Pattaya is a miserable copy of it ).	excellent support from sawadee.com highly reputable
Patchara Aueareechon 2010-02-15	Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya Naklua, Beach Rd. Reception service is very terriblae I can check in 6 pm. although I arrive at 2.00 pm. The reason is the customer check out late. I will never come back again.
Syed Abdullah Othman 2009-12-14	Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort, Pattaya Naklua, Beach Rd. hotel and the grounds are fantastic! too bad about the yet to be opened waterbom and slides but the ones that are opened are ok. your own water park in your hotel is a dream. Facilities and restaurants are fine. However the room was over adventurous and i do not subscribe to the idea of separating the toilet and the bathroom via a walk through the bedroom. a translucent glass door between the 2 rooms wouldbe just fine and so easy to incorporate. overall, enjoyed the stay, especially for the kids, who just cant be moved away from the water park. will return sometime.	no problem at all.
