Elaine Stavnitzky 2007-08-04 until 2007-08-06	Gold Orchid Bangkok, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road Nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Managers were very helpful, courteous, and went out of their way for me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was slightly better than average. Location is a bit awkward making transportation more costly and difficult. Thought it was closer to Mo Chit station, but still have to take a tuk tuk or taxi there. Located on a busy major road. No real restaurants nearby. Otherwise, a great transit hotel.	Okay booking service. Did not realize it was not directly affiliated with hotel. Airport pick up is overpriced and driver had me sign a rental agreement, which I did not feel comfortable with. It is cheaper to use public taxi, just make sure you bring a map to indicate where the hotel is, as many still are not familiar with location.
Allan J Evans 2007-03-24 until 2007-03-31	Gold Orchid Bangkok, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road Excellent.Great value, very friendly and obliging staff.Ideally located to the CBD, 15 mins to the old airport and 30 mins to the new airport. Would be nice if an Australian TV channel was available ( to watch the footy.)Apart from that the Gold Orchid is EXCELLENT will definatly stay there again, thank you very much, ALLAN. Su Shu-chuan 2007-02-18 until 2007-02-19	Gold Orchid Bangkok, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road Don t know what went wrong. Booked a deluxe double but got a twin!! Front desk lady said it was because i didn t book earlier!?! I don t understand. If so, how did i get the confirmed Evoucher from Sawadee?? Staff were friendly but not helpful enough -- she kept on saying she would have the housekeeper put the beds together for us. After going shopping all day long, coming back, we still saw our 2 lovely beds lying there! Hotel itself is fine, clean and our room has a good city view. But toothbrush not available!! Interesting. Delicious breakfast, especially orange juice -- the best one i have ever had!!	Useful but not reliable this time!!!

Sami Laakso 2006-06-10 until 2006-06-11	Gold Orchid Bangkok, Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road We had connecting room for 5.Nice and clean.Breakfast good.Staff friendly.Pool bit small but still ok.	3.rd time we used sawadee.com.No problems at all.Next year again.
