Great location in the heart of the shopping district in Bangkok. Friendly staff and good service. Definitely worth the money. We will stay there again if we ever go back to Bangkok. Highly recommend to anyone who comes there to shop!!!!!!	Good

Joyce 2009-11-18	Citin Pratunam, Pratunam, near Central World This is a relatively new hotel. Free internet is available at the lobby and the service crew are friendly and helpful. Upon check out, they helped to arrange a cab for us to airport at THB350. When we arrived, we took a meter cab and got conned as the meter is probably tempered with and paid THB 540 instead. Free tut tut is available from 8am-8pm at 30 mins interval to nearby places like platinum mall. However, this hotel is not near BTS station. You would need to either take the free tut tut available to one of the station or walk around 15-20mins.	Fast and prompt service. No fuss at all

Peter James Leonard 2009-10-11	Citin Pratunam, Pratunam, near Central World In a group of 6 there were 3 first timers and all of us will stay in this hotel next time.Price was fair and location excellent.Only fault was quality of the TV picture,but we did not go to Bangkok to watch TV, we went there to shop and sight see.	I was worried about booking through sawandee but there was absolutely no problems.I will book through them again.

Liudmila Zhuravleva 2009-09-20	Citin Pratunam, Pratunam, near Central World We were surprised when were refused by staff in getting the booked room upon arrival - as they said there was no room of our type (Superior Studio) available and they would take us to another hotel next street, Grand Watergate, we were shocked as never beed treated like this before. Still not sure if that was the same room we requested planning our stay at Pratunam. Definetely won t stay at Citin Pratunam once again - when you plan your travel long before and booked hotel in advance you expect to get the service in proper way. Hence no room quality can t be done as we didn t get into it.	very good procedure of booking/confirmation - except the result that spoiled our last day in Bkk ((
