Studio99 Serviced Apartment, Chang Klan Excellent accommodation. Very well fitted apartment with kitchen facilities, lounge and a decent sized bedroom. I got the ground floor that had a small patio area at the rear. Did take a bit of finding as it was off the main street but was only 10 minutes walk to Thapae Gate. Overall great location to stay in Chiang Mai. |

Studio99 Serviced Apartment, Chang Klan Studio 99 is a very nice place to satay, it is a few minutes walk from the walking place / night market at chang klang. The apartment are very clean and tidy. We booked for 4 days and stay on the main floor, where there is a very nice patio. We enjoyd it very much. We will stay again when we visit Chiang Mai again!! |

I would recommend this to families, particularly those with younger children as the facilities provide you with the comforts of home in a warm friendly environment. Great value for money |

Studio99 Serviced Apartment, Chang Klan Stayed at Studio99 in a 1 bedroom unit with lounge and kitchen. This place is bright spacious and modern. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean with crisp white bed linen. The Night Bazaar is under 5 minutes walk away great location but still very peaceful. As well as the great apartment I found the staff genuinely friendly courteous and helpful. The large balcony at the front was a winner as with so many hotels balconies are not available but this had two. Normally in a hotel, this size and quality of accommodation would be classed as a suite and you will have to pay an arm and a leg for it but this is absolutely excellent value considering what you get. I was worried about a previous review of thin curtains as I do like to sleep well into the morning but the bedroom had thick lined curtains. This place was outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone. I am a regular visitor to Chiang Mai and I will definitely be back to Studio99. |

Studio99 Serviced Apartment, Chang Klan Stayed 3 days mid March 2008. The property is brand new, wood floors and bendy metal furniture; not a million miles away from IKEA. Both rooms are large with high ceilings, modern air con and balconies at either end. Although difficult to find in a maze of small streets, the central location should appeal to tourists keen to sample CM s special character. The only criticism is that with thin (almost translucent) blinds and brilliant white walls, the room never got dark enough in the daytime to allow me to counter my jet lag. Nonetheless a good place, good staff and I d go again. |
The lack of direct purchase and instant confirmation is a major draw back to this excellent website. |

Studio99 Serviced Apartment, Chang Klan Spacious, new, clean and delicate apartments. Good location between the night bazar and the old city center, with a few minutes walking to both. Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. We will highly recommend these apartments and will certainly come back next time in Chiang Mai. |
