Russell Benjamin 2009-11-01	Lampang River Lodge, Lampang Do not believe the hype. This Lodge is severly overpriced. The grounds are beautiful. The river location is poor. The service is the worst I ever encountered in Thailand. The hotel rooms are in desperate need of an update...mold in the shower... cheap decorations. The food is terrible and the food price extremely high.	Excellent service

Johnny Søncksen 2009-04-24	Lampang River Lodge, Lampang 22. - 24. april 2009 in Deluxe Room, double room. Very beautyfull place, rooms are as shown at the pictures, good and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. The only bad thing is the placement - a little outside the city. I would go here again!	Good. Without problems.

Sue Bray 2008-09-28	Lampang River Lodge, Lampang This must have been a fantastic resort in it s day. It s in a gorgeous location, nice pool, but the rooms are in major need of an update, and rather disgusting odors from the bathroom. The staff couldn t have been nicer -- we accidentally left a camera at dinner and they were waiting with it for us at breakfast the following morning.
Scott Chadwick 2006-12-24 until 2006-12-25	Lampang River Lodge, Lampang Hotel is very nice, with lovely grounds. Room was of a good standard and clean. Hotel is located a long way out of town and there was no shuttle or transport service to Lampang town. Hotel staff were not helpful when we asked about transport and couldn t even arrange a taxi and suggested we walk to the highway with our luggage and wait for a local bus to take us.I would only recommend this hotel if you have your own transport eg hire car etc.	Very easy and efficient
Frank Wernstedt (Germany) 2006-02-23 until 2006-02-24	Lampang River Lodge, Lampang The setting of the hotel is very nice: lush gardens, swimming pool, the sun set restaurant etc.! Unfortunately the service spoils some of these impressions: at 7 pm we wanted a thai massage but not enough masseuses were available (when else do they think guests want a massage then in the evening), they had to call them in! Then, the restaurant closes at 9 pm, but it was about to close already at 8:30 so we had kind of to demand to be served! What is left to do in this remote spot except sitting in your room and listen to the voices of nature ?!?! Breakfast was put away at 8.30 am! Again we had to go through some attidude till we got served. So I would still recommend this place if your program makes it necessary to stay in Lampang and you are into some nature setting for your hotel! I hope till then the management has realized, that a remote hotel has a little bit more responsibility what to offer their guests!
Murray Kinsley 2006-01-26 until 2006-01-28	Lampang River Lodge, Lampang The hotel was great! The cottages were very comfortable and the grounds are beautiful. It s a little far from town so you have to be willing to travel by Songdow if you want to go into Lampang. We would dfinitly stay here again.	The booking service was excellent.
