Rotem 2008-07-24 until 2008-07-25	Diamond Plaza Hotel, Suratthani The most awfull hotel we have been in the 3 weeks of travaling. Stinking room, aircondition not working properly. Horrible breakfast. Never again. You have been warned.	OK
Gareth Frankel 2008-06-17 until 2008-06-18	Diamond Plaza Hotel, Suratthani Efficient but impersonal like in many Thai provincial non-tourist towns. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all and as there were no tables I had to grab some toast to eat in the lobby. But that aside, clean comfortable and great value. Nice pool. Front desk staff extremely helpful when I asked about transport to railway station.	Fine.
Peter Barnes 2008-02-03 until 2008-02-04	Diamond Plaza Hotel, Suratthani Excellant value with good efficient service and a pleasant room. Breakfast not the best but adequate. Breakfast staff a bit grumpy.	Simple and efficient

Only one complaint, the eggs were always cold during breakfast. Bringing it to their attention did not help.American breakfest menu very limited.	exelent
