Yvette Severin 2009-12-18	Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach Kungligt boende vi hade seawiev villa.Bostaden låg längst ner mot vattnet.Frukosten var lite rörigt ,alldelse mycket folk.
Goossenaerts Ines 2009-12-17	Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach w liked this hotel, and the standard room. breakfast for us ok,but only thai food was different, european food always same but ok.no cheese. only thing we missed was free wifi, but thestreet sometimes you can find it. we would like to stay here next year bot maybe shorter period, and maybe go fewdays to ko samet. limousine travel to pattaya was ok, 650 baht perperson. for divers : please go to bang bao, where boat trips start. snorkeling trip with sarttra boat very good for 600baht but starting from bang bao.	asalways ok

Christine Colfax 2009-12-05	Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach Stayed in the deluxe bldg. Hillside. Was nice that it had its own pool. Problem with smell from sewer in several rooms on third floor, that permeated the room, especially bathroom. Several of the staff had poor english skills, however staff on seaside, had excellent English and Breakfast was fantastic.	Great service through sawadee as always!

Anders Bardeman 2009-11-28	Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach A really nice hotel at the south end of white sand beach. We stayed in one of the superior rooms in the main building. Great value! Breakfast was great and the staff helpful and always smiling. Only one thing to complain about, and that is that the beds are really hard and not comfortable. We will certainly come back again! PS: Dont forget to visit the Hillside Wing of the hotel one the other side of the street! Our kids loved the waterslide and the pool there!	Very good as always!
Joseph J Wright 2009-11-27	Koh Chang Kacha Resort and Spa, White Sand Beach We stayed in the hillside (new) building during Nov 23-27, 2009. It s just across the street from the beach, an easy and short walk to the water. We had wanted to stay in the beachfront building or one of the bungalows, but they were all booked up. Lucky for us, because the hillside part was superior -- great rooms, very luxurious, big bathroom, plenty of space, with a balcony that overlooks the pool. Gorgeous pool, with swim-up bar. Whitesand Beach is fantastic, plenty of places to eat and drink, but lots of beautiful scenery too. Room rates at the Kacha Hotel & Resort were high compared to simpler accommodations in Thailand, but compared to what you would pay in the States, they were ridiculously cheap. We couldn t be happier with the choice.	Excellent! Responded promptly to all my questions.

You could find everything you needed on the hotel area, all facilities you wanted. Boring view from our room, though already fully booked the ones with seaview.	Worked fine.
