John H 2008-12-21	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) I reserved a superior room to have a little more space. The room I was given had only one window that was in another room than the main room. It was like a cave. I was offered 2 other superior rooms, one with a similar windowless format and one that had several flies buzzing around and a funny smell. I refused and moved to a standard room and took a partial refund. I found a much better hotel down the street once my original reservation was complete. The main pool area was fine. The daily breakfast was not very good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.	Booking service was fine and worked well, my partial refund was granted immediately and I was notified by email.
Peter Robert Scott 2008-11-19	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) 2nd time at the sunshine and will be heading off next year for my 3rd lovely hotel very friendly staff excellent location can,t fault the place	no problems and will be using this servive again

Although not in best of streets if you are with family. Girls flacking all around the passage to hotel.Overall a good experience at this price.I would give 6 out of 10. (South) location good but because of the rain and very wet afternoon the lobby traps all the foul smells from the street, As very poor ventilation is the culprit. Reception staffs was friendly. Manage to get a room away from the noise.Breakfast was nice enough, Shower curtain railing needs attetion as it about to fall of the wall. guess someone must have doing a rail dance in the bathroom, Nice to know umbrella is in the room for you when you need it, Couldn t get a hair dryer after washing hair, as we were wet in the rain feel disapointed, however request and got it the next day. A nice hotel for those who likes walking around sightseeing, shopping and to be in the centre of the action	no problem got things done in orderly manner and helpful. thanks Jeap for the last minute ammendment on my booking. keep up the good work,
Wayne Milton 2008-10-30	Sunshine Hotel & Residences, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (South) Good hotel, clean and neat rooms, a good 3+ star hotel for the money, i would stay here again for sure. Close to all the entertainment in Soi 7 and 8 and not far by taxi bus to Walking street. Unfortunately i was too hung over at 11am so i missed the free breakfasts	great service

(South) Good facilities.Staff always friendly and willing to help if required.Soi 8 is always very lively but as I always sleep with ear plugs the outsie noise did not stop me from sleeping. Thaivisa.co very efficient and I got exaclty as ordered.So all in all i enjoyed may stay at Sunshine Residences and will stay there again sometime in the future.
