Dave 2009-11-16	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road The Palazzo is just about right for me and my budget. My second time staying there. The rooms are good, the food is fine and service is better than expected for a hotel in this price range. The location near a subway station makes getting around Bangkok easy and inexpensive. A 7-11 directly across the road helps as well.	helped me work out a minor booking error very quickly
Choong Kim Loy 2009-11-14	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road I am very pleased with the services rendered to me. The staff are friendly and they can communicate in English. The hotel was fully booked when I checked in on 12th Nov 2009. The front desk immediately upgraded my room to Studio suite. The breakfast and dinner was good and I do hope that they maintain the present standards. My arrival to the hotel by taxi was not so good. The taxi driver dropped me off at The Emerald hotel but a kind security guard of the hotel led me to the Palazzo. I would definitely stay here again in my future trips to Bangkok and Sawadee.com gives excellent service too.	Sawadee.com gives good services. Thanks.
LEVENT SAYIN 2009-11-08	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road everything is OK ,clean and decent rooms,friendly staff But very expensive internet rates (400B/day) No hot water in the room :I warned staff twice but the problem is not solved properly	good and efficient
GK 2009-09-06	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road I stayed at Palazzo several times. The room was good and clean. The location is within walking distance to underground train. The breakfast was very good for the price I paid. 24hr 7-11 shop is just in front of the hotel, cool!	good
Johnson Andreas Sugiarto 2009-08-19	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road A nice boutique hotel. 7-11 store is opposite the hotel. 10 minutes walk to MRT Station, Robinson, Carrefour & Huay Kwang Night Market. Near to the airport by taxi THB 250. Room size was big enough but the carpet was dirty. The bell boys were not so friendly.	Very good and efficient
Ann Ringart 2009-08-05	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Excellent value for money. Clean and modern rooms and nice and friendly service. Helpful staff. We paid an additional 1000 BHT to get a deluxe room on top floor and it was excellent. Renovations at floor 11 was not noticeable at all. Full and tasty breakfast including pancakes but also thai food. Hotel is close to Robinson department store - good value clothing and shoes. Close to subway station (about 5 minute walk) which connects to sky train. Would definetely stay again.	Fast and professional.

We stay at here for 4nights, the staff members were unfriendly, unhelpful and not professional.(Because we are not business man?!...they treat business man/ adult face so nice..) .You can ever see a smile on their face...or they even don t say any words!!They were unable to answer sample questions...they were starting to collect the dishs at 9:30am (the breakfast time is end at 10:00am...)Some people were starting their breakfast and nothing for them to eat...it was very impolite... We are so disappointed with this hotel and never never stay here again! If you have adult face / you are business man, go ahead...I believe that you can have a nice trip, otherise, lots of better choice!
Yeo Tong Ki 2009-06-26	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Stayed in this hotel a few times. Convenient location, near to MRT, Carrfour, Robinson, 7-11 just opposite. One good thing is that the old TV in the room has been replaced with a 32 LCD TV, though the signals in some channels are no good at all. Regrettably, there is still no No Smoking Room in this hotel. Avoid the internet service in the hotel as it is expensive. There is one modern and cheap internet cafe down at Soi 28 of Soi Prachasong Krob(10 mins walk or 20 bahts by the motor; for 2 persons then take a taxis for only 35 bahts. Also do not miss to try the seafood stall located further down a back street, just a 5 mins stroll. Great live prawns and good food (Cheap too).	Excellent and fast service
Hway Kuang 2009-03-14	Palazzo Bangkok, Ratchadapisek Road Good nice rooms. just keep the windows closed at night because pigeons might rest on the balcony and be a little noisy. the air-conditioning can get pretty cold too. Definitely worth the money and close to the massage joints if you are looking for that. There s a 7-11 just across the road and the MRT is just 3-5 minutes away.	Excellent!
