Bronislava Zemberova 2009-04-11	Eyes Lanta, Koh Lanta Yai, Kantiang Bay There is nothing positive to share regarding this resort. It sucked as it could and after spending a painful night the very first light of morning we packed and ran out away. Fortunately, the manager understood the issues and agreed as he had just exchanged past management. Still not to be a good excuse. The first problems started even before arriving as the driver from Eyes Lanta wasn t coming to pick us up. As the person I comunicated with before regarding pick-up booking wasn t employed there anymore. And neverending ants coming from the side of the pillows where we were supposed to sleep, terrible smell all over the bungalow, missing safe deposit in the room (even though mentioned on web site), none of the trip services listed on official site of this resort (www.eyeslanta.com) were provided (you had to walk to nearby travel agents and arrange your own for different price and different programme), ugly bathroom and stupid architectional solution of the bungalow so you had nowwhere to plug your hair dryier or tea making facility (oh you did, near the door on the floor far away from bathroom mirror and table). One big disapointment! The only thing that was real was the view (as we had Eyes View Villa) but was worth nothing after the great depression caused by the environment. And service by the local employees so bad as well. Slow, not knowing proper English, so you could keep asking them about 1 thing their answer was just different. So the only thing that remains is to give up and leave and hope to find something better. We were given the money back (fortunately) and found much much better apartment (no bugs, modern style, all new, all neat) up the island where it was much closer to the life .	effective, no problems

Anna Kovarova 2009-01-04	Eyes Lanta, Koh Lanta Yai, Kantiang Bay I must say it was like a nightmare. There is it very dirthy, in cottage are a lot of holes, in which go throught a lot of insects, the hot water does not worked, I was really shocked.The price does not recommend the accomodation. Breakfast are nothing, one egg one slide of bacon, horrible...The pictures on the web sides are not as in reality, near the swimming pool is no wood terase, doesn´t exist. I pleased - because of children - to have villas next to each other, it was not.	Booking service, especcially Mrs Ploy are absolutely profesional, fast, perfect. I make a complain and they immideately change my accomedation and they also send the rest of my money me back. The server sawadee I can recommend with pleasure, really absolutely profesional.
