Masaya Suzuki 2009-05-06	Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) That s a very good hotel.The room is beautiful and wide. And Bath room has 2 room that are buthtub room and shower room.the hotel is near big shopping center BIG-C.that s convinience.	very good
Craig Allison 2009-04-27	Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) The Sunshine is the Sunshine. I stay here each year and each year they try to improve a bit. The rooms are clean but basic and the pool is OK. The staff is a big point in my recommendion. Although professional they are a bunch of characters . I say that in a good way. Well the breakfast is a bit less than OK but plenty of it. Security is good without being over bearing. Overall the Sunshine is a good value.	No problem

(North) sejour tres agréable,l hotel est très bien agencé.tout est propre, la piscine est très bien entretenu, le personnel est trés agréable,la chambre en tres bon état,a tout niveaux,seule petite critique,l horaire du petit déjeuner qui s arrete à 10H,trop tot,d autant qu a 9h30,le personnel debarrasse le buffet qui est basique en qualité.je recommande et je reviendrais dans cette hotel,sans prendre le petit dejeuner et s il n y a pas trop de russes,car le personnel n ose pas leurs dire, par exemple, que des verres en verre laissés au bord de la piscine par terre c est dangereux,que de claquer les portes à trois heures du matin cela ne se fait pas,crier non plus! si l hotel devient russes je n irais plus.	tout est parfait aucun problème.
Julie Wallace-Ross 2009-03-01	Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) I stayed at Sunshine Vista for just a couple of nights this time. The staff are still very helpful, the rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast didnt have a huge selection but the food available was nice. The restaurant food that we had at lunchtime was reasonably priced and tasty.	Making changes after arrival at the hotel was a pain as I couldnt just ask the hotel to do it and the phone line to Sawadee was poor (which could have been the mobile signal). I did get everything sorted out though and will recommmend Sawadee to my friends.
James Little 2009-02-19	Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Good location but the apartments are ageing and showing it, mould in the shower, loose fitting electrical sockets, I have never seen towels so threadbare. Check-in is efficient although I was given a basic studio apartment when I had booked an executive, this was changed when I did point it out. You can not escape the loud music if you stay in this area but it does stop at 02.00am. The rooftop pool is very good. Breakfast is okay but the food is cold but some nationalities seem to accept this. The apartments were not as good as I expected but were probably value for what you paid for before the devaluation of the British Pound, now they are expensive for what you get. I would not personally go back but I expect something better but if you are not paying in Sterling then you are getting what you pay for

PATRIC SUNNERDAHL 2009-01-23	Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment, Pattaya, Beach Rd. (North) Real nice hotell,breakfast is perfect, food perfect.Price level is low. Hotell is to recomend to all but not for familys with small children, because the pool is at the top floor.

Also did not know that Sawadee.com would charge me 36 dollars because I used my debit card to pay. Reserved a room with a double bed and did not expect to have to pay 100 baht a night for my friend to stay in the room? Could hear the bars close by till about 2am but unless your a light sleeper it s not a problem. Great location for eating and shopping. Everybody was really friendly though and will probably stay again.	Did not know that Sawadee.com would charge me 36 dollars because I used my debit card to pay.

Its my 3rd time stsying here and will stay again. the room are very good and clean , location is good anf the rooftop pool area is lovely.	Fantastic, have used it for 5 years now
