Danielle 2007-02-16 until 2007-02-20	Koh Chang Grand Orchid Resort and Spa, Klong Son Bay We knew that the resort was not on the beach and that we would need to be driven to the beach, but we had no idea how strange and desolate the place would be. When we first arrived no other visitors were to be found and we just thought that they were all at the beach. Come dinner time we went out and to the dining area and never, I mean NEVER saw another visitor in all of the four nights, five days we were there. We thought we did see visitors in one of the pools once but when we went to get in the van the next day to go to the beach one of those men that we saw was our bus driver. The room was beautiful, room service was room service and the pool we had to ourselves was perfect but it was hard to get anywhere and we were concerned that we might be in a weird horror movie, quiet, we were the only visitor and very strange. We went in the end of Feb. too so I thought it would have been crammed packed like all the other places we walked by in town.	Excellent
Detlef Gopon (1) 2006-04-03 until 2006-04-06	Koh Chang Grand Orchid Resort and Spa, Klong Son Bay The resort was very nice, friendly staff, clean and comfortabel rooms and a beautiful stiled area (like a paradise). The resort has only one mistake no beach , the way to the beach is minimum 2,5 km (up and down) not possible to reach by foot, you need a car.	Very good, no problems, but the confirmation comes only after a short phone call.
