Pascale Thomas 2010-01-05	Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Tao, Mae Haad The resort is beautiful and well laid out. We had a deluxe family house with two rooms. The rooms are not connected from the inside and that was disappointing since we were traveling with 3 small children. As adults we had to split rooms. We were in a pool view but could barely see the pool and our room was as expensive as the sea view equivalent. Usually sea view rooms are more expensive. The biggest downfall is that the staff is not as pleasant as would be expected. The usually Thai smile was missing; the staff is mostly from Burma. That s fine but the customer service was lacking. The lobby staff was at times rude. Internet use is only free via WiFi. They do have two computers in the lobby but you have to pay to use them - even if you pay 7,000 baht a night. That is absurd! The beach is clean but the water very dirty as it is near the main pier. Swimming with kids is not pleasant and we had to walk 10+ minutes to use the neighboring resorts beach and then pay to stay there. The plus is that there is a great reef in front of the resort for snorkeling and a ship wreck to explore. The pool is very nice. If you have kids, stay somewhere else. Staff are very friendly and they have also built a brand new reception which really makes the place even better. Some negative points are that the room was right beside a large water tank which was filling all night. It made night time a little noisy. Also the tea making machine did not work. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place.	excellent

P C 2009-12-15	Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Tao, Mae Haad Very nice bungalows with on a perfect location. Friendly staff and this hotel really adds something extra. Everything was great. The only improvments i can think of is free internet instead of paid, and better pendant in the room. The lamps are i little too cosy. We will stay there again.

We enjoyed a perfect stay on the wonderful Ko Tao but,for us,we were lucky,to stay on the best place on Ko Tao!We´ll never forget the Sensi Paradies Beach Resort.All The best for your kindly staff,greatings from Austria,Carmen u.Klaus Hofer
Maxim Kalaev 2009-12-04	Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Tao, Mae Haad Great hotel for couples looking for some privacy and nature! Probably best place we ve stayed in Thailand. Few drawbacks were that it s far from the central beach and doesn t have it s own beach nearby.	Very reliable.
2009-12-03	Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Tao, Mae Haad Great resort. Arty, attentive, Great Bungalows. They take à lot of care, could improve on flexibility though. Restaurant ok. Minor point: location is south of Mae Had, though it s advertised as Sai Ri. But it s better there anyway. Jan Som Bay is close and is just picture postcard perfect.	Fine
Eric Cozens 2009-11-19	Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Tao, Mae Haad Very helpful reception staff, excellent food - good restaurant service from rather serious table waiters. Excellent pool and garden area, good beachside access. On the downside the number of roaming dogs, and their little territorial disputes, a bit worrying at times.	Very user-friendly - although room sizes not clear - requiring changes upon arrival.
michel GAUTHIER 2009-11-15	Sensi Paradise Beach Resort, Koh Tao, Mae Haad Nous avions réservé la maison royale pour 5 personnes. Elle est composée de 3 chambres indépendantes et cela a répondu parfaitement à notre attente. La situation de cette maison est parfaite, elle donne directement sur la plage, possède 2 salles de bains et de terrasses. Dans l ensemble sa situation la rend très agréable pour le repos. Seuls les bruits des bateaux et parfois des chiens nuisent à la tranquillité générale.	Pour des raisons de connexion bateau-avion nous avons dû quitter l hôtel 1 jour plus tôt que prévu. Malgré notre demande de discount pour la dernière nuit , nous avons dû payer la totalité. Nous avons donc payé une nuit pour rien. Je pense qu un geste commercial aurait été apprécié. C est dommage;
