Jay Reimer 2009-07-09	Seaview Paradise, Lamai Beach My wife, three kids and I stayed at Seaview (at the beach, second row of villas from beach) for 30 days during June and July 2009, right at the end of the hot season and introduction of the rains. This was one of the best deals on the island and we found the villa to be as described! Pool access is unique, but conveniently available offsite for no additional cost to the guests; my kids loved it. The beach is shallow (great for young children like my 4 year old) and sheltered by a small reef about 75m offshore. Deeper ocean swimming is available a short walks down the beach (1 km?) The water is beautiful, the beach nice, clean sand for building castles. We also did not see a single jellyfish during our stay (even when I went diving on Koh Tao for 2 days). There were a few minor fixing items needed in the house, like a screen door falling out of its track, but the staff was attentive (the hostess, Nah, was very kind) and fixed what needed to be done. The location is good; north end of Lamai, but close enough to Lamai town (3 minutes) for eating or shopping and a short taxi or motorcycle ride (15 minutes) from Chaweng too. When we go back to Koh Samui, this hotel will be our first choice! It is PERFECT for families.	No problem - worked perfectly!
Brangoulo 2009-07-04	Seaview Paradise, Lamai Beach Seaview Paradise is just the right name for this fantastic place. Everything is done for the customer to be just happy. Just a few steps, and the feet are in the sea. 2 minutes of motorbike, and we are in the middle of Lamai life. Just Terrific!! I d like to greatly thank the staff and a special thank to Gary, who has been very helpful and available. I ll come again, for sure !!	As it s not the first time I m using this site, I d like to thank the staff of samui-info.com for the great job. Thank you !!
Shnitser Alexey 2009-05-31	Seaview Paradise, Lamai Beach Seaview Paradise is a very nice place to stay. We stayed at beach view villa with my mom , daughter and my wife. The villa is spacious, bedrooms have very wise aircon – with fan in front of it so that non of us caught cold in spite aircon was on 24/7. You can find all necessary stores nearby – starting from local Family Mart and ending with a pretty expensive (in comparison to all other stores) European style supermarket in the Boutique Resort just 2 minutes away. Only one thing is worth mentioning - the sea in front of the villas – it’s beautiful but swimming is impossible. So you will have two options – either to take a 15 minutes walk on the beach to “Lamai central” beach or to drive a bike near 5 minutes. If you have a small kids this could be a bit challenging. The same for mountain villas – they are beautiful and have fantastic views but climbing up fits only for young couples with no kids. Gary, Son Jo and Na are wonderful people, farsighted and very helpful and nice to talk with. Thank you all guys!!	Everithing worked out just like clockwork!! Thanks!
Tom De Decker 2009-04-30	Seaview Paradise, Lamai Beach Seaview Paradise was the best place I ever stayed. Since I travelled around the world a lot, I ve seen my bunch of bungalows and hotels bu nothing has been so great as the beach villa s of Seaview Paradise. Since there are only fiv bungalows, you are very close with the staff making it feel like family. I would advise anyone to pay a visit to Gary and his staff.

Without any doubt can recommend beach or mountain (stayed in both) villa, everything was perfect. I just got back couple days ago and already planning on my next vacation in Ko Samui. Fawad Ibraham Hai 2009-04-05	Seaview Paradise, Lamai Beach Gary is a very accomodating host and will go out of his way to please you. I had booked the Mountain Villa for 6 nights but then once we reached there, the wife also wanted to sample the beach villa. Gary transferred us to one of the Ocean View Beach Villas for 3 nights without charging the difference, which reflects how much he aims to please his guests. The staff (Bam, Ning & Naa) was very freindly and went out of their way to please you. The Beach Villa was fantastic with 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and TV/DVD player. The Internet connection at a very nominal surcharge was quick and very welcome. The nightlife in Samui is restricted to Lamai Town where we spent some very enjoyable evenings. Gary took us to Sala Thai for dinner which had great food at a reasonable cost followed by a live band performance next door which has some energetic Thai performers blasting rock hits from earlier days. The Katoey show at the Zodiac Bar is a must-see, as well as the mui thai kickboxing (especially the ladies version). The mountain villas were not as nice as the beach villas but more relaxing and serene. The pool on the mountainside is pure bliss and makes for a very refreshing dip. My wife felt an attachment with the beach villa , normally associated with a proper home and she reminisces her stay at Seaview very often. I would recommend both the Beach & Mountain villas depending on the kind of holiday you want. If you want a beach holiday with easy access to the mini mall, a couple of bars, all room accessories & a homely feeling, you must try the Beach Villa. If you want a more relaxing and calming holiday but don t mind reduced luxury, some solid exercise (walking up numerous steps), the odd insect here & there, then the Mountain Villa is the place to be. All in all, a fine experience that I wouldn t hesitate to repeat in the future. Thanks Gary & co. :	Efficient as always

L endroit ne convient pas pour les jeunes enfants. La piscine panoramique est superbe. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Je recommande cette location.	Parfait, sans problème.
