Brian R Pawsey 2009-04-13	Coconut Villa Resort & Spa, Thong Tanote Beach very isolated position which means you do not have much option to leave hotel even if you have car. We had car but didnt fancy 30mins drive in pitch dark to eat so stayed at hotel,Food ok not great either quality or choice. Beach villa very nice but we had lots of problems ( jaccusi didnt work and although we didnt care staff insisted on having repair man in our room for 3 hrs one day.Same night all lights went out so had to move to inferior villa for night leaving all possesions behind. Repair men in and out often leaving room unlocked.Returned 24 hrs later so we were very stressed.Hotel managment offered paltry sum for our trouble so were not really satisfied.All staff especially maagment need lots of training, For all that it was a nice place and lovely spot on beach.3 nights is more than enough though.

Jacynta McMahon 2009-03-13	Coconut Villa Resort & Spa, Thong Tanote Beach I thought this hotel was absolutely brilliant. The hotel completely matched the photos on the website, the surroundings are very beautiful, the hotel staff are absolutely magnificent, they were without exception unfailingly efficient and helpful, I stayed for 4 nights with my daughter, they could not have done more to help us. It was very quiet there but that is what we wanted and Lamai and Chaweng are really for people who want to spend all night partying. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks to everyone at Coconut Villa.	Very efficient.
Chris 2009-02-01	Coconut Villa Resort & Spa, Thong Tanote Beach Good getaway from the lights and noise of Chaweng/ Lamai for a few days of peace. Not easy to locate, but definitely worth the rating it deserves. Could do better with bugs and bathroom design though. Half the time my room s wet due to the design of the shower.
anya barry 2009-01-04	Coconut Villa Resort & Spa, Thong Tanote Beach Simply fantastic!! We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful and relaxing hotel. We stayed for a week after spending a few days in the busier end of the island and it was so wonderful to find peace and calm at this resort. The Staff were extremly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for a resort. The whole hotel was wonderfully clean and grounds were really well kept. We had a pool access room and I would highly recommend this. We could swim direct from our balcony in the most beautiful long pool. Simply the best holiday - thank you coconut!!	Booking service was very helpful and efficient.
Benjamin Jannik Weidick Hesselberg 2008-11-30	Coconut Villa Resort & Spa, Thong Tanote Beach We stayed for 5 days at the beginning of our holliday. The place is great for relaxing but no more than 4-5 days because there is nothing to see/do close to the resort. It is located in the middle of nowhere so there is nothing to do but staying at the pool.	No problem at all even when I wanted to stay an ekstra day after I all ready had booked the first 4 days.
AD 2008-05-13 until 2008-05-17	Coconut Villa Resort & Spa, Thong Tanote Beach Nice and clean. We stayed at the Coconut beachfront villa. There are gaps around the doors, so bugs can get in even after you close the doors. The bathroom floor is not constructed very well; water won t drain properly. This leaves a puddle of water in the bathroom after we shower every day. The hotel is VERY far from the rest of Samui businesses, so don t stay there unless you have some form of transportation or expect to stay in the resort the entire time. Other than that, the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The location is good for a quiet vacation away from the crowds.	Good
